Exceeds expectations.

We had an incredible time! This house is perfect for a group. We had a group of 14 including kids, we loved the hot tub and the two family rooms. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom and room. The rest of the property was beautiful and well managed. We loved the lagoon and the heated pool and hot tub. The area suffers from poor cell reception so make sure you use the WiFi. But we will definitely be back.
