Located 10 miles north of St. George, in Diamond Valley--a quick 10 minute drive. Three bedroom guest suite in the lower level of our home. A quiet and peaceful rural neighborhood with beautiful starry nights. Minutes from Snow Canyon State Park and Tuacahn Amphitheater. Bike paths, hiking and ATV trails surround the area. Zion National Park is an hour away. A perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring Southern Utah's scenic beauty.
The space
Large, 1800 square foot, inviting space with its own private driveway and entrance. It is the full lower level of our walk-out basement home-- but it doesn't feel like a basement with 9 ft. ceilings and large windows that bring in light all day. It is completely separate from our living space thus giving you complete privacy during your stay.
Upon entering you walk into the spacious living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave and comes equipped with dishes, pans, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, toaster and a blender. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen island, and seating for 7 at the dining table. There is a desk work space to the side of the kitchen. The living area has 2 comfortable couches, TV, a Blu-Ray player and ROKU TV streaming. The 3 bedrooms each have large closets and the king bedroom has a couch as well. The bathroom has 2-sinks separated from the shower/toilet. Also, a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
We have plenty of parking space and can accommodate a trailer if you're hauling toys.

The entire lower level of our home, lower drive and parking area. Lower patio with grill for a relaxing evening bbq, enjoying the views of Pine Mountain or star gazing.
