  • Adventure Awaits is an 1,812 sq foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

    The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in this home back in June(10-15) for a major softball tournament for our niece.We enjoyed it so much we decided to return even though it was only two of us this trip. This is the perfect home for families with children and has more than enough space for everyone without feeling like you're on top of each other. The home is beautiful and is equipped with everything you need. It's literally a home away from home. I love how clean and quiet the community is. The home is exactly what you see in the pictures. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and inside the house. We were emailed instructions for check in and out and all information that may be needed for our stay. It's a seamless process and we will definitely return for future stays.

Playing golf at Black Desert was a special treat. I hope to return to St. George; if so, I will definitely stay at The Ledges.

This home continued to be why we choose Ledges whenever we come to St. George. It was absolutely spotless with comfy beds and linens and wonderful natural light. The only thing I would mention is that the bunk loft is open to the windows so anyone sleeping there might wake up with the sun. But since there is so much to do in the area, it’s not necessarily a bad thing ;)

I love that towels and pickle ball mallets are included. All the right kitchenware to feel like home away from home. Beds were comfortable, the list goes on and on... I look forward to coming back next year! My only constructive feedback would recommend a real Keurig the single pot off brand did not work.
