Veiw-topia is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo in the heart of Southern Utah. This newly renovated condo comfortably accommodates 10 guests. With new flooring in the living room, as well as updated light fixtures and a brand new kitchen table, this condo is sure to be a favorite vacations destination for years to come! Mornings will quickly become your favorite time of day at View-topia, as you sip a hot cup of coffee and watch the desert sunrise up over the mountains on the patio. After a quiet morning alone, head out on a quick adventure! Multiple National and State parks are a short drive away, or Downtown St. George is always a great place to shop and have lunch. Come back to View-topia for the afternoon and lounge poolside under the palms at one of the outdoor pools. Good location for sports events in SG and Mesquite. Fun pool area--both heated outdoor in winter and indoor pool. Weight room also a plus even if equipment is dated. All the basics you would need in the unit. King bed was too soft for our taste. Kids said twin bunks were good. Did not get replies to some questions we had during our stay (asking about heat control and resort layout) so that was frustrating.

We had a great time! Our younger kids loved swimming in the different pools. Our older kids loved the nearby mountain biking. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby, but was nice to also eat in and enjoy a movie as a family.

Nice condo

We really enjoyed the condo….was perfect for what we needed it for. It was in a great location close to Black Dessert golf course and Tuacahn. Our only complaint is the big gummy spot in the master bathroom other than that everything was wonderful!

We loved that it was on the bottom floor and that we didn’t have to worry about stairs with our kids. Loved the bunk room and how it had two sets of triple bunk beds for the kids and that you had plastic dishes for the kids to use.

Quiet Condo

Our family liked our stay overall, but encountered some issues during our stay. The air conditioning was not working during the first part of our stay and it was quite hot. When I reached out to management it took a second time reaching out to get a response. We were told to replace batteries in thermostat and then it began working. Additionally, the queen bed in the guest bedroom (in our opinion) is very uncomfortable. It is loud and squeaky, in addition to just being an uncomfortable mattress. We let management know and hope the owners consider replacing this for future guests. Other than those two things, we enjoyed the location of the property and the affordable price. And though we didn’t get to visit the pools they looked nice.

Spring break

I was really grateful our host was flexible. Our kids got sick a couple of days before our scheduled stay, and they were willing to let us trade weeks if needed. We ended up going, and my kids really enjoyed it. The multiple bunk beds were nice and I loved the view from the patio. They had a helpful selection of kitchen items and the pool options were great. Thanks for making it a happy spring break!

Great for the price!

The area of the condos was super nice. Easy access to the family pools that were heated, which was a must. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially all the extra towels, I loved that! Exit directions were fast and simple. The only thing that was a little annoying was the master bedroom TV wouldn't change channels so it was just stuck on the news, we mostly watched TV in the family room anyway so it wasn't the worst. And the master tub didn't have a plug for the little kiddos to bathe so we used the hall bathroom. Other than that it was a nice place to stay, I would definitely stay there again!

I’d stay again.

The place was good with 2 exceptions. The master bed was very comfortable but the other queen was not comfortable. There was a problem with cockroaches. We killed a couple. Need to call an exterminator. Other than that, we had a great time!

Amazing time!

We had a lovely time staying at this property. We loved that it was on the first floor & we had an AMAZING view of the city. We enjoyed the pools on site as well. The check in & check out process was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing!

This rental was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, including kid plates/cups, swim toys, super fun bunk beds, everything we needed in the kitchen and more. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling with young kids.

Cozy and Comfortable

This condo was just right for my family. I really enjoyed how the floor was situated. The bedrooms were tucked away at the end of the hall and the living area was open and easy to maneuver through. The kitchen was very functional to work in. Had a big window with an awesome view of the Saint George area! We had a short 2 min walk to the pool with oodles of fun in the pool! Thank you for opening your home to us! We made happy memories!

Great place!

We had a great time in this condo! It felt really clean and the flooring seemed new. The kitchen is a little dated, but it was still good. The view from the back porch was incredible. The location of this condo was just a short walk from all the pools. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have a decent fan in the bunk room. It got pretty warm in there even with the A/C on. We would definitely stay in this condo again. Oh, and the Wi-Fi info we received was incorrect, but we were able to find the info on the router, so that wasn’t a big deal. We had everything that we needed. There was a closet full of towels, extra bedding and pillows, and even games to play!
