Indian Palms is the epitome of relaxation! This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests, however, it can sleep up to 8 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Las Palmas offers so many amenities, you could spend your whole vacation at the resort and never get bored! With an outdoor & indoor pool and spa, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor shuffleboard, a splash pad, fitness center, outdoor checkers, and a park; your days will be full of relaxation and fun! Of course, you do not have to stick around the resort to have a great day! Indian Palms is in the heart of southern Utah, surrounded by National and State Parks, many golf courses, and downtown St. George, taking an adventurous day trip has never been easier. Back at home, barbeque on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset behind the desert mountains. The kids will be entertained while you cook, challenging each other to PS4 games in the living room! End the night curled up on the couch together, with a bowl of popcorn and a good movie. This condo is in excellent condition. Nice view. Responsive host. Close to restaurants, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park. Good one day trip to Bryce Canyon, which is spectacular. I would definitely stay with this host again.

Great condo

It was great except for seating area in living room. We really needed at least one recliner for my husband's back. I checked while I was on VRBO to see if there was a recliner. I was assured by VRBO or potentially AI that there was one. I would not have booked that particular unit if I had known.

Spring bicycle tour of StGeorge

The condo was clean and spacious however, the master bathroom ceiling was leaking water through the fan vent. When we called the Red Sands property managers they noted the issue yet never came out to repair the leak. They later returned the call and still nothing was done to resolve the issue. We finally just left and will not book this property ever again!! Also, the AC was blowing only warm air. Very disappointing all around.

Great view in a fun Resort

Family Fun in St George and Zions

Better than expected. We had stayed at another place in the same complex that was smaller and not as nice. So when we stayed here we were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious enough to fit our family of seven. Had all the amenities that one would need and our bed moved up and down and vibrated. The only small complaint would be the knives need sharpenning. Will stay there again if in St George.

Everything was filthy, sheets were ripped, raw sewage smell from drain. We were moved to different resort which did but have all the amenities of the first resort.

Spacious Comfort

Great place

We enjoyed our stay, we like this end of Saint George because it’s not so crowded. The apartment was very comfortable, internet worked well, kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed. It was clean, the carpet is well used. The back deck is great because your not facing another building, also parking is right by the apartment.

Excellent!

Very clean. Quiet. Wonderful little terrace. Good views. Kitchen about as well equipped as I’ve ever had in a rental. Cooked for local family twice, and had what I needed (though I brought my own herbs/spices 👨‍🍳). We definitely would stay again. Only drawback, expensive.

All good but Weird smell

Everything was great except for a weird poopy smell coming from a vent in the hallway. There was only about a 5 foot space where you could smell it so it wasn’t going through out the entire condo.

Relaxing Getaway!
