With 5 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, South Pines comfortably hosts everyone, ensuring ample space. The large fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a variety of spices and condiments, a large center island for meal prep, and plenty of cupboard space. Step outside to the back deck, where you’ll find a year-round natural gas BBQ that overlooks the expansive private yard and tranquil pond—ideal for summer cookouts and evening gatherings.

On the main level you will find 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The layout of the main floor bedrooms/bath are as follows:

Room 1: 1 King bed with 4 pc. ensuite bath
Room 2: 2 Queen beds
Room 3: 1 Queen bed
Room 4: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 5: 2 Queen beds
Bathroom 2: 5 PC with a shower/tub combo.
