Welcome to our newly renovated 3 bedroom house located in the heart of Niagara, steps from the beach and just a short drive from local wineries, Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Niagara Falls attractions. Our open concept living space with high ceilings and large windows provides a bright and airy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Our home features 2.5 modern bathrooms and a large backyard with a deck, outdoor grilling, and dining area, ideal for enjoying the beautiful Niagara weather. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you'll love our proximity to nature trails, the waterfront trail, and Welland Canal Parkway, perfect for walking, cycling, and exploring.

Our location also offers convenient access to Sunset Beach and a local park with a splash pad, making it an excellent choice for families with young children. With driveway parking for up to 3 cars, you won't have to worry about finding a place to park.

Place is beautiful and clean . Really stunning . Owner pays attention to detail leaving a thank you note and wine. Lots of games that kept my 5 yr old happy and the whole family ! Greta spot to explore Niagara on the lake just a 10 min drive !

Wonderful visit to Canada and Niagara Falls

The house was everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the relaxing living room, the rain shower, and the practical kitchen layout. Our 11 year old daughters loved having “their own apartment “downstairs! Thank you Alyssa for making our stay such a pleasant one!

Absolutely phenomenal!

My wife and I have stayed at many rental properties over the years and they were not as nice or as well equipped as this home. This home was in a different tier and had everything you could possibly need with no detail overlooked.With a fully stocked kitchen and island, there was plenty of room for the family. The entire home has been completely renovated with a well thought out design and modern touches such as soft close drawers in the kitchen and a heated floor in the upstairs bathroom.The fenced in backyard was exceptional and with a large deck and a gazebo with fire pit.Very close to sunset beach in Port Weller and a nice neighborhood for walking.With this home being pet friendly it was very convenient to bring our dogs and the fenced in yard made it easy and safe for them to run around.We’ll definitely be staying here in the future!

Pretty perfect

Stayed for five days to celebrate my birthday. The house itself and the location, so close to Sunset Beach, made for a perfect trip. Location - couple blocks to the beach; within minutes of many wineries; easy drive to Niagara Falls. The House - great, fenced in back yard for the pups; decorated beautifully; very cozy; comfortable beds; nice, thick bath towels, well-appointed kitchen.

Fabulous Family Time in St. Catharine's

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this amazing property. The house was beautifully decorated & spotlessly clean. We were there with our 3 adult kids for rest & relaxation. Everyone had their own space & there was also lots of room to gather together for meals, games, movies, etc. The property was a very short & easy walk to Sunset Beach and the host provided everything needed for the beach! A small cart to easily transport beach chairs, towels, sun umbrellas, etc. down to the sand. We went to the beach numerous times for fun in the sun & later for sunsets. It is a wonderful beach. The outdoor space at the house was lovely. We enjoyed breakfasts on the deck and movie nights on the pergola with comfortable patio furniture, using the sunscreen & projector - all provided by the host, who has thought of everything! From a very well-appointed kitchen to easily cook your own meals to hospitality baskets in the bathrooms for forgotten items, we felt very well cared for by the host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay at this property again. Two thumbs up from all five of us! Thank you, Alissa!

Great House!

I stayed at this property with my Husband, 16 yo Granddaughter and our dog. The layout was great and the house was well stocked. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and we were close enough to attractions to not spend the day in the car. The outside space was a nice bonus and the grill was an added touch. We had one small issue upon arrival and it was handled before we got the car unloaded as the owner was very attentive. If I am ever planning another vacation in this area I would definitely check this property’s availability first.

This place was amazing! So close to the beach and short drive to wineries, distilleries, Niagara Falls etc. also enjoyed a day at Niagara on the Lake. The house included everything we needed! Very much recommend a stay here!

Amazing property with an incredible location!

From booking to check-in the property manager/owner was informative, helpful and continued to be throughout our stay! This property was perfect for our family vacation. It has many amazing qualities. The house is beautifully decorated and has an incredible vibe. You can choose to be all together in the open concept living/dining, kitchen area, or you can get some peace in the cozy basement or beautiful outdoor space! The yard was perfect for our dog, he was completely safe in the fully fenced yard. It was also a perfect place to hold our nightly cornhole (we brought it) matches! The cozy deck area in the corner of the yard provided shade for us during the amazing weather we had. This property is literally a short walk to the beach in one direction, and a splash pad in the other. Our 8 year old nephew did not run out of things to do to keep cool during the days. I found it incredibly convenient that the property came with a wagon and beach chairs. It was perfect for our beach days to load up the wagon and go! There are fantastic walking trails located just a few blocks away which will take you to one of the Welland Canal locks. We were lucky enough to catch a ship coming through the nearby lock, it was amazing to watch. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, even during the hot days when families were strolling to the beach. Overall I would highly recommend this property. We are even planning to return for next years vacation.

Great place, exactly as described.

Great location, quick walk to the beach and nice trails by the canal. Beautiful waterfront trail walk to Port Dalhousie. House was very clean, all renovated, beautiful and quiet area. Would definitely recommend!

Great location near the beach

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The house was very comfortable and it felt like home . The AC worked great. Lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy your peaceful backyard. Nice that the house was within walking distance to the beach and other great walking trails
