The contemporary and elegant rental Villa K is built on two levels, and has its own pathway which leads to the fine sand of the beach popular with surfers, Anse des Cayes. The large living room opens onto the terrace and is furnished with comfortable sofas. The well-equipped kitchen is perfectly functional for private chef services for any festive events. It has a breakfast bar with six raw wooden stools reminiscent of the exquisite sea driftwood touches found throughout the villa.

At the front, there is a beautiful terrace in a refined design around a splendid heated swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs and daybeds. Sand-coloured umbrellas provide shaded areas on the deck which opens onto a path leading to the beach. The welcoming dining room can accommodate up to ten guests on the terrace for pleasant alfresco dinners. In the heart of the lush vegetation of palm and coconut trees, the atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxation and rest. A lovely fountain and a koi pond add a fresh and refined touch to this sunny terrace located only a few steps from the dune and the beach, which his protected by rocky reefs and perfect for fording and exploring.
