"We had a wonderful time in Prospect cottage, everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the property and a potter delight to stay there. Would go again without question and Mevagissey is a super place to visit. I would recommend this property to anyone and we're so grateful to the hosts for allowing us to 'borrow' for a little while. "What a beautiful place to be for our wedding weekend. I've walked past this gorgeous home a lot over the last 11 years, and have dreamed of staying there. And this was the perfect opportunity. Lots of space and light, with a fabulously romantic feel. Perfect for the pre wedding fish and chip supper gathering of our nearest and dearest, delightful for me and my bridesmaid to be pampered in, and exactly what we needed to wind down in after our weekend of celebrations in the village. "We genuinely cannot recommend this cottage enough. It is a beautiful property, with stunning gardens. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. It's much bigger in real life than it seems in the photos and felt very spacious for four of us. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We are so grateful to have found this property last minute - it really is a gem. Absolutely will be coming back!!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this amazing cottage. Lots of room for the whole family and the amenities were great. Charlestown can be notoriously busy, but since this cottage is behind the shipwreck center it was peaceful and quiet even on a busy weekend. Loved waking up to the view of the sea in the distance. We will absolutely consider staying again on a future trip! If I had to come up with any suggestions, I might suggest getting some bedside lamps so that kids who are afraid of the dark can...

"Simply put we had the best Christmas away. The hosts were very generous, the cottage was superb and location amazing not to mention the beach! We saw seals, a pod of dolphins, huge spiny starfish, a coast guard fly by and those are the things we hadn't planned. The panto in Truro was fun and breakfast in Mevagissey delightful. We cannot wait to return next year."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Harbour Lights. Amazing location overlooking the beach and harbour. Our favourite thing was to take the short walk down to the beach, swim in the sea and then back to the hot tub... magical! Also enjoyed the short stroll into Charlestown to the Pier House and many restaurants around the harbour (Charlestown Fish, Dough Buoys, HBQ are all good). Then there is the Coastal Path which goes from outside the property. Going east up the hill is a great walk, but going west...

"We booked the cottage to allow us access to the coastal path. It was perfect for all drop offs and pick ups! Weather was rather against us, but luckily the cottage had good washing facilities and we had dry clothes for every day. Everyone slept well. We also used the local pub twice for an evening meal and we were grateful for its close proximity. All in all a good comfortable stay which everyone enjoyed."

"Tremodrett is a well-equipped cottage in a countryside location, ideal for a perfect Cornish break. Sleeps 4, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, Good WiFi, parking, local walks. The barn is beautifully decorated and, on a sunny day, one can enjoy the delightful patio. "We stayed in Charlestown for a week, the property was easy to find, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The stay represented good value, parking was available locally. We ate and drank locally, again the prices were affordable. During the stay we visited The Eden Project (10mins away), the lost gardens of Heligan (about the same time away) Fowey, and several other villages in the area, as well as undertaking several costal walks. "The pod itself is very clean and cosy with great space between the 2 pods on site. It was very clean and well presented on arrival and has everything you could ever need. Tina was very welcoming and helpful on arrival and made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. We would definitely come back again to this great glamping pod!"
