You will have the entire apartment to yourselves.

The pool will be made available for your convenience upon request. Just message us and we’ll make sure the solar cover is off and all is ready. (If you see the solar cover is already off, please feel free to simply venture back to enjoy a swim).
This also will provide reassurance of complete privacy during your swim time, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests. We have a proactive approach to maintaining water quality that adds an extra layer of assurance for guests' comfort and safety. Access to the back yard is by walking through the white shed, the gate has a push button to open located near the upper right corner.
The availability of the backyard, deck area, and fire pit extends the opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Don’t hesitate to take a coffee in a to-go cup and enjoy sitting either out front or on the back deck. We will usually have the back deck available by 8am.
Beach towels and floaties are available in the private pool house, no need to bring any with you. (Bring a change of clothes) Overall, we feel our attention to detail and consideration for your enjoyment will contribute to creating a memorable and satisfying experience during your stay.

John and Rosanne are 5 star hosts and they have created a perfect St. Andrews getaway for couples. Perfect (Best) place to stay in St. Andrew's

Roseanne and John were great hosts. They provided us with a comfortable apartment that had everything we needed and more. The location was within two blocks of the downtown shops and restaurants so no car was required. We had access to their deck as well and they joined us for interesting conversations. One note and not an issue with the our accommodations was finding a breakfast place on Monday's and or Tuesday...most were closed. This cute basement apartment in a lovely home was everything we needed and much more. The hosts are a charming couple that want nothing more than to make your stay the best it can be. The side access door was easy, private and safe. They provided so many conveniences like a well stocked kitchen as well as luxuries like slippers and a most comfortable sofa. Location was perfectly set between the wharf area and other sites such as the Kingsbrae Gardens. Very walkable! We will highly recommend to all our friends.
