About this space
Bring the whole family to this private retreat with lots of room for fun. With a 24 ft Heated Pool, a 7 seater HotTub, aTrampoline there lots to do for the Family. Parents can relax with a fully fenced in yard and Lots of room to run. Lots of room to host with indoor and outdoor space! Four Bedrooms and two Bathrooms there lots of places for the whole family to sleep. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities come stay relax and come join us for a full resort feel!
The space
The Ferris Hideaway is the Entire top level of the home. This house has three bedrooms and one bathroom on one side of the home and a Master Bedroom and Master ensuite Bathroom located on the other side of the home. Large open concept Kitchen and Living-room with large island gives you lots of cooking and entertainment space. With this rental includes private access to the entire yard and pool and deck.
We do live on site in the basement apartment and use the garage for our business (minimal use) but respect your space and give you full privacy to the space and the house.

Other things to note
We own two small dogs that are fenced in completely separate sections from guests yard. May possibly hear them on occasion. They are leashed at any times guests may interact with them though
