LOVELY 3 BEDROOM PROPERTY -- On this charming little holiday Park near Perranporth and St Agnes ........ the ideal Central location in Cornwall.
We offer amazing value here for families.
Set in communal gardens with Childrens play area, Swimming Pool + Sauna, Tennis, Outdoor Table Tennis Table, Sports Bar + Restaurant

My name is Jane. We have several properties here and can arrange larger family groups.

This is the ideal location in Cornwall -- with so many stunning Beaches and attractions nearby. PERRANPORTH is a charming seaside town with beautiful beach with natural pool on the beach, great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops + take aways ! Everyone loves it here ---- this is just a short drive down the road from the property !
This bungalow is on the best location on this lovely little park, close to the amazing Wooden Play Areas -- so parents can keep an eye on the children playing ! Reception Building just across from the property, which is just perfect having everything close by.

ACCOMMODATION :-
Open Plan Lounge / Kitchen Area --- well equipped with Oven + Hob, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle etc ..... plenty of utensils, cups, plates, utensils, pans bowls etc
DINING AREA in kitchen .......

Double Bedroom and 2 Twin Bedrooms --- all bedrooms have Double wardrobe, Bedside lamps + bedside tables.

FAMILY BATHROOM -- Full sized Bath, WC + Basin with Mirror.

PATIO AREA with new Heavy Resin Picnic Bench to relax outside.

LOVELY FACILITIES are available during the Summer months --- these facilities are open from March to end October each year.

PLEASE NOTE : If access to Facilities + Reception Building is required by guests -- then there is just a £5 charge per guest, for your facilities pass for your stay. On arrival at Reception, staff will give you the facilities passes.
Swimming sessions will need to be booked with reception due to Covid.

We can accept 1 Dog to stay at certain times, there is the extra charge of £45 for this. Please mention this before booking as this is not always possible ! Conditions apply when bringing a dog ---- So it is vital to mention this before booking ! We can not accept more than 1 dog at all. This is very important
If guests bring a dog without informing us of this, then access will have to be denied. So please inform us of this.

Cornwall at its best

We've just returned to Germany from our two-week stay at this location and we enjoyed our stay. The park is well-maintained and is run by a very polite and helpful management and their staff. They definitely did their very best to let all the guests feel as comfortable as possible. All in all, we can recommend this place as the site itself is wonderful and it is also a perfect base to visit all the beautiful places in central and western Cornwall such as Perranporth, Newquay, Penzance, St. Agnes, St. Ives and even Land's end (just to mention a few). Our host Jane was absolutely lovely from the very beginning, guiding us through the booking process and the check-in. Moreover, she immediately took action once we had arrived when we had an issue with animal hair in the house. This leads us to the only piece of criticism we have to voice. As dogs are permitted in the house, we did have issues with pet hair allergies. Despite Jane's immediate response to send over the cleaning lady, it apparently wasn't possible to completely remove the hair from the furniture, especially from the carpets. The upstairs rooms were not affected by that, we weren't able to use the living room area, though. Although this was an issue for us, we can still recommend this place to spend a wonderful holiday at. If you have younger children, the playground is just opposite the house so they can play there and you can supervise them from up close.

Nice place to stay

Had a lovely week in Cornwall. Good place to stay for all age ranges. Facilities in the property and on the holiday park are of a good standard. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere around the site. Great base for travelling to see the beautiful Cornish sights or just pop down the road to Perranporth, which is lovely. Only 20 or so minute drive from Newquay.
