"Very good👍"

"Bad customer service "

"The room was clean and breakfast was good with options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Jitesh and Sonal were excellent in service and always willing to assist further. I highly recommend this hotel. The rate is worth what I paid. I will surely return."

"Nothing unique. All standard, good."

"Courteous staff.. excellent service. Delicious meals. Excellent housekeeping "

"This hotel is well located and the upgraded room I had was very comfortable, with an elegant Indian aesthetic. I would gave given a higher rating if there hadn't been a cigarette odor in my nonsmoking room. I called the front desk and was assured that the rooms around me were all non smoking so perhaps this is not enforced. The gym is ok but small and could be a bit better arranged. Breakfast was healthy and good"

"The room was clean with helpful staff. It was a nice location away from the busy city of Mumbai."
