"Hotel was beautiful and clean. I have to deduct a star because our sheets were stained and the shower gel bottle was empty. They did however resolved both issues quickly. Would stay again. Breakfast was 10/10."

"The car valets were outstanding. Seattle is a difficult town for out-of-town drivers. The staff was cheerful and always ready to help.
Once I got used to the secure elevators the rooms, I found the extra safety to be appreciated. The location was very good. Not bad walks to the waterfront and all the sites in downtown Seattle."

"We didn’t take advantage of the bar/restaurant but what a beautiful place. I will say the smell was weird. Like old wet carpet. The staff were so stinking nice. The gentleman that parked our car what so professional. The $25 credit they give us to spend in the hotel was a perk."

"We were chatting with other travelers on the bus to the ship and it was clear when comparing experiences that this hotel is the best in town hands down- and it’s not even close. Food was outstanding, it was super quiet at bed time for good sound rest, the workout room had excellent equipment and fitting decals on the walls as well as a FANTASTIC location and Space needle views. Honestly if you’re heading into Seattle this is the spot."

"What a neat place! It was tight but not in an inaccessible way, the vibes were amazing, and definitely different from any hotel I’ve been in. Well organized and thoughtful art throughout.
Biggest praise: speedy help from staff and really cool high tech rooms
Biggest qualm: the elevators opened and closed so fast they were hitting people, and key cards for them sometimes didn’t work.
Missing piece: there was an iPad in the room that set different “moods”, having one to wake up with would be...

"The hotel was well located to the city points of interest. The offsight parking was extremely awkward and security of parkade was not visible. Registration at lobby kiosk was convenient but not thorough since a hand written parking pass was required from desk attendant. Therefore, we did not avoid a line up at reception. Room was clean and hotel staff friendly."
