"Clean room. Lobby too. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. There’s a small little gift shop area with very reasonably priced souvenirs and snacks. Pool and hot tub area are clean. They provide towels in the pool area as well. There’s a coffee bar 24/7 in the dining area fully stocked. There is also hot water for tea and tea bags. Dining area is awesome with book shelves full of reading material. There’s a fire pit outside with chairs, a beautiful garden....

"We just want to thank you for a very nice stay this past week. Your hospitality was fantastic, and Mark deserves much of that credit! His morning popovers and muffins were a great morning treat as well. The ocean view can't be beat. The chairs and picnic tables are a great addition to the landscape, allowing folks to simply relax and enjoy the view. Our only suggestion: It would be nice to have both the porch lights and fireplace be available until 11pm. I believe there was a fix in progress...

"We absolutely LOVED The Lord Camden Inn.... It is such a beautiful, romantic place and it's right in the heart of downtown, so the location is perfect. Not to mention, their customer service is unmatched. "

"Great stay. Friendly staff! Extremely comfortable beds. Quaint setting. It would have been even nicer if they had a coffee maker in each room. But, still a sweet hotel!"

"Everything about the hotel is exceptional. Denise was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The view from our balcony of the harbor was very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff is great and helpful. Accommodations were very nice, could use some more lighting. Great location and view. We did not have time to use the pool but it seemed nice. We would return."

"If I could create my own hotel it would be this one. It was the perfect place for us. Our room had a spectacular view. It was a spacious corner room with a pleasant balcony overlooking sail boats and yachts in Penobscot Bay. The lobby was equally impressive, creatively designed allowing for numerous paintings by talented local artists where we enjoyed both tea and a glass of wine during our stay. We will be back. "

"Loved the small feel of this luxurious hotel. Location was perfect and walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. The Included fancy breakfast was a plus as we enjoyed lobster benedict and a veggie loaded omelette. We felt like a kids hanging out in the free candy shop tasting all sorts of goodies. The king bed and pillows were comfortable however, the bed could have been more supportive as I felt motion every time my husband moved or turned over. We overall slept well and felt very special...
