This townhouse definitely delivered a lot of space and beds for the price. It was generally okay condition, but not really pristine, though. The sheets were clean, but the comforters looked questionable. There were evidence of spiders that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while (window tracks were gross). Extra Linens not folded in closet. We had one shower that slow drained so the water was up to your ankles in 2 minutes and a toilet that we finally turned off the valve because it kept running. So some deferred maintenance. The biggest challenge though was the condition of the cookware. A lot of it (like the instant pot and tea kettle) were too dirty to use without a good scrub, which we decided not to bother. Badly scratched teflon pans (teflon should be thrown out if scratched, for safety). Cheap plastic dishes. We ended up going to Smith’s and buying a few kitchen items to avoid using what was there. We also had brought our own towels based on other reviews. With that all said, I would actually stay here again if I return to the area, because the space and having a garage and having a big kitchen outweighs the rest. I’d just pack a few of my own kitchen necessities. And hopefully the owner has a plumber out. She was pretty responsive, so overall it’s actually a quite good option in Springville. Just pack accordingly if you are planning to cook much. Oh and if you have an scent sensitivity, there are glade plug ins we had to unplug.
