White Guesthouse with a Pool

Welcome to The White Guesthouse in Springfield, a mid-century styled modern home that includes a private patio with a pool and deck that is perfectly suited for a relaxing evening during the spring/fall, and warm summer months. The white guesthouse is close to all the shops including Historic C-Street, MSU campus, coffee shops, Mercy/Cox hospitals, and downtown are all less than a 7 min drive. The home is a short distance from I-44, and Highway 65.

Our White Guesthouse is a newly remodeled home with modern touches throughout the home. It brings a cozy and luxurious feel with a fully equipped kitchen offering everything that you need. Enjoy a latte or iced coffee with our Geve espresso machine. This is a perfect home for long term stay for travel nurses/business trips or a short weekend stay. We offer a laundry room on the premises, wifi, and a Smart TV which includes Hulu, and any other apps you would like to use. Our master bedroom includes a private bathroom, and a small office/desk area. Our patio and pool area is privately fenced in. Enjoy the pool in the warmer months. This beautiful home is near all the popular attractions, shops, and destinations.

Note: Near train tracks. Pool not heated.

This host was fantastic. They provided all the creature comforts we could have imagined. She provided coffee, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and comb along with fans for those that need a breeze during hot flashes or a white noise to help sleep. The home was very cozy, comfortable and we were very happy with our stay. I would stay in this house again when visiting my relatives in this area.

The house was decorated beautifully. The hosts thought of everything - from a fully equipped kitchen, amenities in the bathroom, and even fans for each room. The host was also very easy to communicate with. Laundry room was fully stocked and we loved the fire pit in the back yard.

Property was as presented in photos and very clean. Host accommodated an early check in for us. Hot water was amazing and beds/linens were super comfy. Was able to do laundry efficiently as well. Lots of cute touches. The train runs through regularly but I didn’t find it to be an issue at all so don’t let that deter you from staying here. Overall things were pretty quiet.

We brought my dad and uncle to the Bass Pro Museum. The location of the house was great for getting back and forth to the museum. The house was lovely and would definitely stay there again! It was very clean and roomy! Neighborhood was good! Communication with the property manager was so easy! It was truly a great stay!

Checkin was so easy and host communicated very well. Very nice home in quiet neighborhood. Clean and updated, very stylish. Love this home so much. Had everything we needed for us and baby. Nice pack and play with mattress and high chair. Loved the pool it was auch a good idea(even though we didn't have time to get in). Loved the kitchen well stocked with everything you need for your stay.

Wonderful place!

Charming White Guest house

This house has all of the little perks that you can imagine. Nice fenced backyard safe for your little furry friends. Which we brought our French bulldogs with us. A pool to relax in on a long, busy day. Bathrooms were really chic and had a blow dryer in each of them,. To have a laundry room accessible just in case of you needing to wash clothes. Beds, comfy with extra linen in the closets. If you have a little ones, they also have a playpen and a highchair. Which we didn’t need to use. I absolutely love this house. It was everything that I can imagine plus more.The major reason why I chose this house is because of it being so close to Evangel University. My son just graduated from there and we were able to move him out and enjoy this little house as a family.
Buddha loved barking at the flamingo floating in the pool.
