Golf Getaway-Large Families Welcome!

Located only 10 minutes from the airport, our public golf course home sits on a quiet cul-de sac. Great amenities such as a community basketball court, a spacious kitchen and dinning room that will seat all 8 guests! Our home has 2 living areas, 4 spacious bedrooms (3 queen and 1 king), and 3 full baths. If you are in the mood, the kitchen has everything you need to serve a delicious meal! This split floor plan house is perfect for family gatherings or great friends getting together! Extra large driveway that can hold 6 vehicles.
This house is NOT for those who want to throw loud parties. We have a STRONG neighborhood watch and they will call the authorities if they suspect illegal activity. This is a quiet, kid friendly neighborhood. All guests must be part of the original agreement and children count as guests. All cars MUST be parked in the driveway. There is room for 6 average size vehicles, plenty of room for all 8 guests. Our HOA does not allow boats, RVs, trailers, or utility vehicles. You’ll be charged $35 per vehicle if they are parked OVERNIGHT.
Equipped with a back up generator that will run the entire house. Sorry, no pets, no smoking allowed and the garage is NOT available with house rental.
We focus on high frequency touch area such as door knobs, light switches, buttons, and remotes when disinfecting.

Contains a keypad entry, easy to use. No contact entry.

Not responsible for accidents.

Look out to the back yard to see the 15th green and 16th T box. Located 5 minutes from grocery stores and eating establishments.

Not far from everything Springfield has to offer - hit Bass Pro or watch any of the local teams: Springfield Cardinals Baseball, Missouri State Bears, and Drury Panthers are minutes away. About an hour drive to Downstream Casino. Close to the airport with easy access to major roadways. Just about 1 mile from the wedding venue Haseltine Estates. Located 5 minutes from the Springfield Stockyards.

Family getaway

Took parents, kids and granddaughter to the Ozark area for 4 days! The house was better than expected! Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out and enjoy!! My favorite part was sitting on the back patio watching the airplanes come in for landing!

The house was great! Huge rooms, plenty of room for all of us, and beautiful! Contact was constant, when we needed. Great experience! Would advise anyone going to Springfield, this is the perfect house!

Great home a family

Our family of 8 stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend wedding getaway. This was a great spot, close to the airport and easy to get to highway. The home is beautiful inside and out and backs up to a nice golf course (although it was cold and raining while we were there). Kitchen and large family table were great and all 4 bedrooms had nice comfortable beds and extra blankets etc. the bathrooms were well stocked. Great living room off the kitchen was great for hanging out with family. Check in was easy and the owner/manager was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place and will look for it on future trips.

Early Family Thanksgiving Weekend

We had planned to spend the weekend before Thanksgiving with my family, all of whom live in Springfield, so we were looking for a place to stay while there that would accommodate our family. After looking online at several options, we decided on this home, and we were not disappointed! The home was lovely, cozy, beautifully decorated, and comfortably accommodated my husband and I along with our two grown children and our grandchildren. Always before, we had stayed in hotels when visiting, but this time we wanted to be able to cook some special dishes to take to the family dinner. The home worked out perfectly for this! We spent most of our time at my niece's home for the family Thanksgiving, followed by a trip to the Ozark Christmas Parade Saturday evening to see my great-nephew whose Cub Scout troop had a float in the parade. Our grandkids had a ball watching the parade and collecting the candy that was thrown by the passing parade. All in all, we had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the fact that we could all be together. This comfortable home just made the whole trip extra nice! Thanks so much to Stacy for her attentive communication before, during and after the stay! We would definitely choose this property again for future visits!

Large family home

Nice space for a family. Owner is very generous with towels. Beds are comfortable. They even had childrens books and provided coffee & hot chocolate. Spices etc available as well.

Pretty and Private

A beautiful house tucked away in a culdesac .Step out the back yard onto the golf course. A very comfortable stay for our guys weekend. The well stocked Kitchen was a plus. Very clean .Would certainly stay here again.
