Keeping it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located hidden gem cottage. As our guests you will experience a quiet get-away with full amenities and adventure just steps away. Equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, queen bed upstairs, and fold-out couch downstairs. Enjoy a book under the covered front porch, play a game of corn hole, relax in the hammock, or hop on one of the bicycles provided with rental to explore miles of Greenway trails or just enjoy a evening by the firepit. Pet friendly and perfect for walks and enjoying the Ozarks with many trails nearby.
Open floor plan downstairs includes the living room, kitchen, and private bathroom. a comfortable bar for dining, TV and large futon for seating or additional sleeping area. Beamed ceiling on the ground floor is only 6 foot 3 inches tall, so tall people be aware.

Fully equipped kitchen includes stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and other items.

Private upstairs bedroom includes queen size bed, dresser, large closet. Additional seating and separate workspace.

Bathroom has vanity with a large mirror and walk-in shower.
