Perfect for family vacations, friend trips. Decks cantilevered over the Virgin River. 3-D video link at. https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=oHDHhNNWGqA Shuttle stop next door Approximately 3 miles from main entrance to Zion National Park. Each unit has laundry, full kitchen and amazing views. Top level, Observation Point has panoramic views of park, 2 story deck with hanging chairs from steel beams, two twin sized hanging beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, family room and dining area. Main level, Riverwalk, has large cantilevered deck, fireplace, 2 bedrooms (One has sliding doors to deck) and queen sofa sleeper. Lower level (Cannot be rented separately and is only included when the full building is rented) has 2 bedrooms 1 bath and sofa sleeper. Two separate patio areas with Bullfrog spas and barbeques. Feather bed toppers, high quality linens. Perfect location on Springdales shuttle route. You can park your car and not have to drive during your visit to Zion National Park. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Backs onto Virgin River and park with great hiking trails. Unique architecture takes advantage of stunning views. Separate units afford privacy while still being together in one location. The town of Springdale is located at the main entrance of the park with a quaint charm and great selection of restaurants and art galleries.

Amazing stay in Springdale

The house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. The views were wonderful and we loved being right next to the river and the shuttle stop was super convenient. The town of Springdale was great and Zion was spectacular!

Perfect for Three Small Families

My spouse and I stayed here with two of our adult kids, their spouses and four young (not babies) kids. Each family had their own living space with a large enough common space for all. Its access to town and Zion by shuttle made those trips so easy. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The decks are awesome. The host was so helpful in understanding the area. Go across the mountain to Bryce if your stay is long enough or when you leave as she suggests. She even has hiking sticks and sun hats for all!

One of the best VRBO's I've stayed in...

The group has collectively and individually rented many a VRBO but it was often said during this trip that this was the best we've been in. Beautiful location (with the river right behind), perfectly laid out furniture in all spaces, amazing hot tub, and the layout of the 3 floors was perfect.

Such a great stay!

We loved this property so much! It was beautiful and in a perfect location close to town and the park. There was also a nice hike accessible from the property which we loved. We stayed with our large family and friends and we had plenty of room. Tori was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! 10/10 recommend!

Lovely space And great location

This house has such fun spaces on 3 floors. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, patios for 2 families. The kitchen space was a bit small for us all to eat and cook in, but we had most everything we needed. The view is amazing off the back deck and we loved the fire pit, hot tubs, swinging beds, and swinging chairs on the 3rd floor patio. It does need a good deep cleaning. Some areas seemed dusty and the kitchen mats need washing, but overall it was in good condition. I’d definitely recommend to someone who wants to stay close to Zion NP and has a larger group to accommodate.

Family trip to Zion

The house is set up great for three families so they have their own space but also a common area to hang all together. The deck was great to dine on. The location is great. Only thing I would say is the bathrooms need more storage and space for toiletries and the kitchen needs more storage for groceries. Tori was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Great stay overall.

Wonderful Family Retreat

This property is a wonderful place to gather, relax and enjoy. Tori was so helpful and did everything she could to help make our visit the best it could be. We enjoyed the scenery, privacy and comfort of the house. We strongly recommend this place.

A fantastic modern Zion home!

We had a wonderful stay at Tori's rental property! The home was perfect for our group of 5, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The location was also great, just a short walk to restaurants and shops in Springdale, and a short drive to Zion National Park entrance. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, including towels, board games, 2 jacuzzis, and even hats. Tori was also wonderful and was always available to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Springdale!

Best Vacay Rental!

From the moment I booked this property, I knew it was going to be special. The property itself is amazing and was worth every penny. My four adult sons and their spouses/significant others were equally impressed. After long days of hiking the hot tubs were awesome and the deck, complete with dining set and patio furniture, provided the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and just simply enjoy each other’s company! The location of the property is perfectly situated in the perfect little town of Springdale and Tori, our excellent hostess, was a great resource for everything from dining options to trail selections. So many happy memories were created at this property! Thank you Tori!!

Springdale Stunner

The pictures don't do the property justice. It's conveniently located right along the public transportation shuttle that takes you into the ZNP, yet close enough to the center of town that you can walk should you feel so inclined. The house is clean and the Virgin River is literally your back yard! We'll be back and would recommend to any group dynamic...families, adults only, etc.

Cousin and Sister get away!

This home was so wonderful!!! And quiet!! And comfortable!! Tori was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive anytime I had a question! The beauty and uniqueness of this home was worth the price!! Morning and evening chats out on the balcony overlooking the running river was amazing!! Naps on the swinging beds were perfect and serene after a day in the sun! And don’t miss swinging in the swings on the top balcony!!! I’m already dreaming of a return trip!!!! Can’t wait to come back!! I loved this delightful home!! And so close to everything!!
