The Northgate Peaks Villa is a 856 Sq ft luxury apartment-style villa located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.

The Northgate Peaks Villa is brand new and part of the ongoing development of LaFave resort at Zion.

The Northgate Peaks Villa features modern design and has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4-6 guests.

It has 1 full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower with a European glass door.

Amazing Trip

Beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. There were so many thoughtful touches. The decor is beautiful. The location is perfect for Zion with the free shuttle stop across the street. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend!

the property was nice and clean. The location was good although the bus stop in front of this location cannot be used to access Zion - you will have to cross the street and wait for it to come back and then there is a chance that it will be full. the bus driver told us that we could not board the bus if we were headed to zion, we would need to cross the street. Beds are very soft, I prefer a stiffer mattress with more support. Also - the instructions stated that we were in the last building on the left when in fact our unit was located in the first building on the left. Confusing and frustrating after a long day of driving. These are minor complaints - we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
