"The hotel staff were very helpful with my pointing out the following problems. The room must have just been painted. Paint foot prints on the wooden floor. Paint on the bathroom tile floor, toilet paper holder, furniture and mirror. Front door needed weatherstripping as water would flow in and damage the wooden floor. There was 5 holes grouped together the size of a dime on the left side of the bed skirt. The right side had 2 parters. The bedspread had holes. The A/C wasn’t working...

The room was extremely dirty. There were cockroaches on the bed and even on the ceiling, which was completely unacceptable.
