Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks during their stay. Nearby gas stations and Walmart locations are less than 10 minutes away and can provide a full refill quickly.

A car is recommended for exploring nearby Weeki Wachee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Gulf Coast beaches.



Other Things to Note:

🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed.



⚠️ Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)

The local utility company has notified that they are performing work on the water and sewer lines in the area.

• Water will be shut off nightly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM through February 6
