EPIC Weeki Wachee paddle house included paddleboards and kayaks!

Welcome to the EPIC Weeki Paddle House. This single family 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath home is located on a deep water canal and is a 5 minute paddle to Hospital Hole and the Weeki Wachee River. There is a floating dock to enjoy the sunsets and secure your boat. Our home has been completely remodeled and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wifi, cell signal booster and has all the accessories to ensure a comfortable vacation. Main bedroom has a king size bed , 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and bunk beds for the kids. Living room has leather couches and Florida room has couch with bar top and shuffleboard table! Property is perfect for families! Please ask us about a discounted weeki paddle board tour through our partners at EPIC Outfitters. We include 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks with property. Feel free to inquire about monthly rates. We look forward to helping you have an EPIC vacation.
**Please note: undiscussed late checkout times will be charged a $50 late fee as this puts us behind schedule. If wishing to adjust times, it is worth asking and we will accommadate if possible. Somedays we have same day check in and check outs so we must stay on track.

Wonderful stay! We loved swimming off the floating dock and taking the kayaks out for a quick paddle to the main river. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had strong A/C, much appreciated. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great spot from which to explore the Weeki Wachee and Spring Hill area. Our family of four used the kayaks (2 single and 1 double), and two paddleboards almost daily during our visit and appreciated not having to rent additional gear. For our early April visit, nearly all of our daily manatee sightings were in the canals before we got to the river. Pretty neat! The house itself was quiet and comfortable, and the kitchen was well enough equipped for us to prepare many of our meals. Jonathan was super responsive and helpful when we had questions, and we would happily stay here again.

The not great stuff: Smart lock batteries were dead upon arrival and host didn't answer or call me back. Fortunately figured out a different way into the home. House is ok. Some things could use some attention, like towel rack anchors coming out of the wall and a totally broken patio umbrella. There is a toilet paper holder mounted onto a bathroom sink's cabinet door as its pull, which is resourceful on host's part at least! Location is very nice. Cool being right on the water. We'd probably still stay again, for the price it was not a bad value.

Always love coming back to this place! Only thing this year was much less items in kitchen regarding supplies, pans/pots ect but we know the storm did some damage around the area so understand, will come back for sure!

Clean place to stay

The place was clean and well equipped. The outside area could use a little love. It definitely needed an umbrella or some type of coverage in the back as it was too hot to enjoy during the day. The property sits right on a canal but a short paddle boat ride will get you to the pretty waterways.

Nice Stay

The property and location were nice. Communication was excellent. The owner had several paddle boards and kayaks available but the kayaks need some tlc. The canoe that was available had a hole in the bottom that obviously puts it out of commission. It didn’t affect our trip or our time on the water. Very pleasant experience.

Quick Family Getaway in Weeki Wachee

Our group included 4 adults, (Grandparents, adult children) and our 3 year old Granddaughter. Weeki Paddle House was easy to find and after a brief delay figuring out that the code given was to a small Lock Box and not the Key Pad, we were inside and getting settled in. The split floor plan was perfect for us. Each bedroom had its' own bathroom and there was lots of room to maneuver inside and outside. Everything was very clean, labeled, and easy to use. Weeki Paddle House is not directly on the Weeki Wachee River. It's on a quiet canal, but the water is not crystal clear like it is in the river itself. This did not stop us from jumping in! We saw a lot of neighbors swimming as well. The house is less than a 4 minute car ride or a 5 minute paddle to Rogers Park (Water here IS crystal clear!) and The Upper Deck Restaurant. (Good, basic food and great service!) A massive Oak Tree provided welcomed shade over the entire backyard for most of the day. Plenty of outdoor seating. All in all, we had a great stay. Cute, updated, clean, well located house. Big indoor family room overlooking the canal. TV's in each room! I think it's easy to rave about a place when everything goes smoothly and according to plan. I think that a better judge of satisfaction is how the Host responds when things do NOT go as planned. This Host was amazing! Issue was addressed immediately and fairly. We all agree that another visit is in our future!

Wonderful Staycation!

This was a perfect home for our family of four and one small dog. Fully furnished and fully stocked clean & cozy home, including Kayaks & paddle boards for river adventures! We’ll be back!!

Worth more than 5 Stars ⭐️

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. First, the hosts are amazing. They’re quick to respond and they’re delightful to communicate with. Second, this house is absolutely the best there is! Check-in was a breeze, the house was spotless, location was easy to find, and the back deck/dock are hands down best of the best. We spent 3 days jumping off the dock, paddling down the river, and enjoying the back deck area. I just can’t say enough good things about this house. We are already planning a stay next month! Thank you Wagner & Jonathan for an amazing stay!

Great little slice of heaven

Loved the house, so spacious and well maintained. The only problem we did encounter is that we put the kayaks that were provided there at the house in the water and halfway down. The water started submerging in the kayak and I started sinking. Thankfully a neighbor that lived on the river witnessed it and pulled me out and the kayak and was kind enough to put the kayak in his truck and return it to the house. Overall was a great stay minus the kayak issue. The house has everything you will need and more plus located close to everything!

Always Epic
