Welcome to our waterfront paradise with direct Gulf of America access!

Our newly remodeled vacation home is located on a wide and deep canal, providing the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. The backyard features a large dock where you can fish, dock your boat, and even jump into the crystal-clear water for a refreshing swim or kayak adventure. The canal is exceptionally wide and deep, making it an ideal spot for kayaking right in your backyard.

You'll have the opportunity to witness the wonders of nature as the canal is home to frequent sightings of manatees, dolphins, stingrays, sea turtles, and a diverse range of fish. It's a true haven for wildlife enthusiasts.

In addition to its stunning natural surroundings, our property offers modern amenities and conveniences. We provide an EV charger for eco-conscious travelers, ensuring that your electric vehicle is ready for your next adventure.

Inside the house, you'll find a spacious open floor kitchen spanning 1500 square feet, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a double vanity, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration.

For your entertainment needs, we have ROKU-equipped TVs in every room, including the bedrooms, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

The property boasts direct Gulf of Mexico access, allowing you to embark on exciting boating adventures with ease. We provide private dockage that can accommodate boats up to 24 feet in length, ensuring a convenient and secure mooring experience.

Our vacation home has recently undergone a remodel, resulting in a fresh and modern ambiance. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay (instant pot, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, skillets, pots and pans, baking equipment, etc...)

Outdoor amenities include a grill, private screened-in porch, and comfortable seating, allowing you to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. We've even created a fully stocked coffee bar, offering a variety of options, such as a Keurig, French press, K-Cups, and six different types of sweeteners.

Located in a prime spot, our property offers a balance of tranquility and accessibility. You'll have easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, Pine Island Beach is 10 minutes away, as well as local dining and shopping options just 5 minutes on the main road (Shoal Line Blvd). Weeki Wachee River is about 10 minutes away

Definitely a 5 start home and experience!The host was very easy to get ahold of and easygoing. We will definitely book again! Home was gorgeous, very clean and spacious. It was me my wife and 3 children during our stay and I tell you what our 10 month old had plenty of room to run around in her walker having a blast.. kayaking in the rear of the home was great for my older kids and myself, plus this home was in close proximity to Roger’s park and the local marina’s. Definitely recommend booking this home, plenty of room for a family and more.

Fantastic house and location. We loved fishing from the dock and the kayaks provided. Lots of fun. Also was very close to weeki wachee and pine island beach. Kids liked that it was close to Dunkin and Starbucks. I appreciated it was close to Walmart and Publix. House was perfect w everything you could need including shampoo, coffee pods, creamer, zip lock bags.. things that you might forget. Brian was great w communication and checked in on us to make sure all ok. We loved it and would definitely recommend 5 stars for anyone wanting a nice getaway on the water.

Memorial Weekend 2025

This home was spotless. All the beds were very comfortable. So nice to have two king size beds. The house is spacious and we loved the coffee bar. Very convenient being on the water for boaters.

Impressive Hospitality! Wow!

The home blew us away with how clean and organized everything was! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this one blew away every other in terms of how well stocked and clean everything was! Loved the location and brought our boat. Local restaurants were delicious and the marina closest to the home had marine fuel for easy fill up. Friendly folks, too! We hope to return!

This property is great for a family stay. Plenty to keep kids busy and happy. The hosts have figured out how to set up the perfect vacation home! Immaculately cleaned. 4 night stay and not a single complaint.

Lovely house

Our stay was fantastic. The house was cute with a stunning private dock offering beautiful Gulf views. We loved exploring with the included kayaks and bikes, and the proximity to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park was a bonus. The hosts were responsive, making our stay seamless. This VRBO exceeded our expectations.

Terrific Place

The home was exactly as promised, although the area was more fun than we even hoped. The home is clean, cared for, had all the essentials and play toys we needed. The host was great about communicating. We would definitely recommend this home. Hernando Beach as an area exceeded our expectations. Just so much to do and see, we just scratched the surface.

We had such a great time at the Lily House! We brought our boat and this was a perfect house to enjoy all the fun things Hernando Beach has to offer! Happy Place

This rental is very nice, comfortable, and clean. It is also equipped with whatever you may need. The dock is very nice, Also, a great location to the Gulf. The owners were very attentive and a pleasure to deal with.
