Charming Beach Getaway Villa with Large Private heated Pool

3BR, 2Bath charming villa on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida, located in a calm residential community in Spring Hill, Florida.
With just a quick 15 minute drive to the calm and family-friendly Pine Island Beach, as well as only minutes away from Weeki Wachee Springs, and close to many restaurants, this stay offers a relaxing getaway that everyone in the family can enjoy.
We offer a private, screened-in pool with inflatables. If sitting poolside under the sun isn't your style, the house is equipped with wireless internet as well as Netflix and other amenities on the TV. We offer a large fenced-in backyard if your kids want to play, as well as a large propane grill to prepare dinner on.
A spacious and inviting kitchen features an oven, fridge, microwave and toaster oven for those of you who enjoy cooking.
Provided amenities include: plush towels for each bathroom, hairdryer, travel-sized bath products, soft bedding, a desk for those who need space to work, Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, dining area large enough for a family, and washer and dryer.
Accommodates approximately 6: 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen Size bed, and 2 Twin Size Beds.

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood. Pool and outside area is great. Kitchen is beautiful. Big rooms. Great shower in master. Good food choices. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The house is exactly as advertised - well stocked, comfortable and homey, immaculate. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets (little cold spell). Beds are comfortable. Pool is very nice. Host was responsive to our minimal questions - everything was great!

Girls Trip

This was the 2nd time we rented this home. Great location: close to our friend we visited, plus many stores, restaurants, and activities. Clean and plenty of space for 3 women. Really enjoyed the pool!

Fantastic weekend getaway

We stopped by the grocery store, went inside and locked the door and didn't leave for 3 days. It was fantastic. The neighbors behind the house were having a bit of a party and smoking pot on Sunday, but we knew they would need to go inside and snack and play video games after a short period of time and they did.

The house was perfect for our girls trip to visit friends! We enjoyed the pool and the location. Close to our friends' house, as well as stores, restaurants, and activities. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked, although we did not cook much. Great communication and easy check-in/check-out. We would definitely stay here again, and our friends will recommend it for when others come to visit them.

We had to make a quick trip to Florida to visit family that was sick and had to extend our stay. The host was awesome. Beautiful home with everything you would need. Bedrooms are in different areas of home so nice for several families. Highly recommend

Lucyna is AWESOME!!! She would answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. She is a GREAT VRBO owner. You can tell she really thought of what someone would need while staying in her place. All of the furniture in the house are new and it shows. We did not have a few minor cooking utensils(pizza cutter, pealer), but she had an air fryer, crock pots, lots of different wine openers. Plus kids cups, bowls and plates(a first for all the places we have stayed with our kids). The layout was perfect with all of the bedrooms separated, which makes it nice for anyone who wants the space and privacy. The beds in the masterbedroom and the queen bed were a little too soft for me, but they were fine to sleep on. The walk in shower in the master bathroom is awesome for anyone. We enjoyed having the use of a garage and our suburban even fit! Like it was mentioned, the yard is fenced in and large. The pool was WARM and Lucyna keeps the pool at 86' and has a deep end of probably 6feet. We enjoyed using the pool floats and our daughter would lay on a pool float every morning when she woke up. We went to the beach nearby, but GET there early or you will have to wait until someone leaves. We also drove to Clearwater and St. Petersburg a few days. No disney for us though. The house is located to a LOT of everything, we did not have any issues and the neighboorhood was really quiet too. Overall, we would stay here again.
