  • This is the perfect place to stay alone, with family or friends. This 2 bdrm-1 bath has been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and relaxing respite from the bustle of life. This studio sits on 28 majestic acres. Do nothing but relax or schedule added events on the property from finding fresh chicken eggs and scrambling them up for breakfast, meet the 4 mini donkeys and 2 baby goats, schedule time with the horses or book a family photo session of your trip with our photographer. This 1,600 sq ft retreat sits up above the garage. It has its own separate entry from the outside. The only way to access the retreat is from the stairs. It is not accessible for wheelchairs or for people who are unable to confidently go up and downstairs. The retreat overlooks the property. It is both beautiful and serene!

We had a wonderful stay! The farm is beautiful, and the kids absolutely loved spending time with all the animals. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both the kids and me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was such a relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful farm, quiet, serene, with lots of wonderful animals....the VRBO was quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were gracious, communicated well, and treated us like family while we were there. We had our family pictures taken and the photographer was phenomenal. We cannot wait to see the pictures of the memories we made there.Although it is a farm, it is convenient to town. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in this area. I would recommend highly to anyone needing a place to stay in Spring Hill.

Such an amazing property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so gracious. The animals and setting i just cannot say enough wonderful things. Will be back again!

Don’t think twice, just book itI didn’t know what to expect from a farm stay, but this place blew us away. The hosts are the kind of people you feel lucky to meet, and the property itself is something special — a legitimate working equestrian farm with wide open views that make you forget the real world exists. The kids were in heaven with the chickens, goats, horses, and donkeys roaming around.And then there’s Poncho. The baby donkey.We’ve been home for days and the kids are still talking about him. Hands down one of our favorite family trips.

Everything was so amazing- kind people, adorable animals, clean and spacious living area and gorgeous setting. We were sad to be leaving but plan on staying here every time we visit the area.

We loved this trip for so many reasons, and then some more! I will definitely be recommending it, and will definitely be back. I could have spent all day hanging out with the animals. Very calm and beautiful setting.

Great home and great hospitality!

Tina is a wonderful host! We loved our stay! Home is beautiful, clean and the grounds are amazing! It was so much fun to experience the animals! Our granddaughters loved it!

This is such a beautiful, welcoming and nurturing farm and the cottage was spacious, stocked, clean, modern, and just great. We stayed for 5 days and I wish we stayed longer to really enjoy the grounds. Beautiful horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, and dogs that are so friendly. The owner was wonderful to work with. The whole experience was far more than I expected and Tina made everything easy and comfortable for us. She even offered to deliver fresh eggs to our front door and they were delicious. A

Wedding Stay

Got the stay for my daughter - one night for her 2 girlfriends, pre wedding and second night with her new husband. All loved the place, the animals and the family/owners. Wonderful, tho pricey 2 night place to stay.

Loved our stay!

Me and a friend stayed in this beautiful cottage and we enjoyed everything about it! The place was beautiful and clean, inviting, had everything we needed, it was fun seeing all the animals, and Tina was a wonderful host! You won’t find a better place in this area I’m sure! I will definitely be back to stay here again.

Weekend trip

The stay was great. Rental has everything you might need. Owners were eager to please and very friendly. The setting and views were incredible. Will definitely be back.

Tina and her family are great hosts. The working farm is a great escape, but still convenient to Spring Hill, Franklin, and greater Nashville. The farm animals and the 30 acres were loved by our 7 and 11 year old children. Donkeys and goats roam the property and are friendly / fun to feed and pet. The horses and Highland cows are amazing and Tina and her family provide extra touches - like a Christmas tree since we stayed over the holiday - that make the space feel warm and homey. Great stay and will book again.

Country Living in the City

Great location, accommodations, experience was fantastic, everything we expected and more. The hosts were great to deal with and very accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed the cows, donkeys, horses, goats and chickens. We will be back to experience the spring and all the farm has to offer.

Beautiful Farm Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the breezy Hill farm. Tina and Lino and their family were excellent hosts and very welcoming. The animals were just such a treat. The place is clean and has everything you need. We will definitely be back! Made some new friends.

We loved our weekend on the farm! Tina is great and her daughter Carley!! They made us feel right at home and chatted with us while feeding the mules, goats and chickens. Beautiful property, peaceful and 1000 times better than staying at a local hotel. We would definitely stay there again!! Ron

Relaxation on the Farm

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed all the animals during our down time. My daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and horses carrots each day when not on the softball field. It brought back childhood memories being on the farm in PA. It was a relaxing trip and if in the area again we will definitely book another stay.

Excellent farm retreat

Tina is an amazing host. My oldest daughter is a pre-vet major at Kansas State. Tina took us all around the farm, introduced us to all of the animals, let us help feed and collect eggs. The apartment is so nice! Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and the beds are so comfortable. Any family would love this retreat!!

Peaceful Paradise

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful farm! Owners were amazing and the property was perfect with all the farm, animals and the neat cottage! It had such a good feel! We had 10, 11 and 12 year old girls and it was great for them to get outside, run around and interact with the animals! Their dog even had the same name as our dog which was definitely a sign we were supposed to be there! They even brought us delicious farm fresh eggs that we enjoyed each morning for breakfast! We will surely be back!

Our new happy place

We had the best vacation there! Courtney, Carly and Leno were all amazing to us! They were so inclusive with letting us go with them to feed the animals! The gave us the back stories of their rescue animals and let us spend as much time with the miniature donkeys and goats that we wanted! We definitely fell in love with the goats, Gracie and Frankie and with their miniature donkeys, Truffles, Jewels, Penelope and Kimber...sweetest girls ever! Our son was super excited when Leno asked him if he would help him round up a stragler chicken back to the coop. The horses were absolutely amazing too! We loved going down to see Smokey and Ruby.The rental was absolutely amazing...it is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and very inviting. There was nothing better than looking out the windows and seeing the animals! We loved it there so much that we really didn't care to venture out that much, we just enjoyed the calm of the farm and the animals. We give it 100 out of 10 stars and can't wait to come back again! #cityslickers
