"Do Not Stay Here: Rundown, Dirty, and Misleading This property is completely misrepresented online and on Expedia. It is currently a rundown construction zone, which was never disclosed during booking. The entire place is a mess, and the pool is completely out of commission due to the ongoing construction. Worse than the construction was the lack of basic cleanliness. The room was filthy—the bed and sheets were disgusting, covered in hair and dirt when we arrived. Do not rely on the internet...

"The room was cleaned, super quiet. The only problem was the breakfast, is not very good. Everything else was good."

"Don't go here. Our room was very musty, the bathroom had an odd odor, the batheoom is dark. There was a bed bug on the pillow, and hair on the sheet. It is run down and not kept up. The moldings need a coat of paint. The front desk wouldn't let us change rooms, or cancel when we brought up these issues. She then asked if we wanted to check out, but that they would be keeping all of our money. It is worth the extra $60 to go to the Marriott. This is not a 'cute, quaint, place" as some other...

"Had 2 wait 2 hours for our room to be cleaned at 3:00 check in. Room had tiny ants all over the floor."

"I loved that the room we got had three queen beds. I liked how nice the breakfast was in the morning and how many tables there were for guests to sit at. But for the price I paid, I didn’t like that my room came without a shower curtain, dirty carpets and fresh blood stains on my pillow. My son’s bed didn’t have a mattress protector and had what looked like a puke stain under the sheet. The cleanliness was pretty upsetting."

"We booked this hotel for the pool and to be close to the gondola and both of those goals were met. We did think, given the pool as such a big selling point, there would be places in the bathroom to hang gear but there were not. Sometimes the slide was unavailable which was a disappointment (but it was super fun when open!) and the arcade didn't have a way to get coins from a card which speaks to the dated-ness of the hotel. Note that there is a $10/night parking cost and the provided breakfast...
