Its time to relax! There is no better place than on the pristine waters of Watts Bar Lake in Spring City, Tennessee! Bring a boat, swim off the dock, step into the hot tub or sit back and kick your feet up on the screened in porch and enjoy the view. This retreat boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, living room, rec/family room and laundry. Nearby marinas offer dining, boat rental, fuel, supplies & services. Only a short drive to Dayton, TN and Chickamauga Lake for those looking to enjoy both fishing opportunities. This was our third visit to this beautiful lake property. The owners had done some recent updates to all the bathrooms and new flooring. They also added a new ladder for easier access off the dock in the swimming area. You can tell the owners take pride in this place. Owner is always quick to respond to emails/inquiries. A great place for your stay at Watts Barr Lake.

Memorial Day

Everything was perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve. Extra spices, cleaners, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing/washing machine tablets.. etc! Clean! Dock was beautiful, easy access for boats and swimming. Chairs and tables at dock! Dock was lite at night! Scenery beautiful from the dock. It rained, cold, and overcast all weekend but the access at the dock made everything perfect! Your lake house home is perfect for us! Thank you

My TN Wesleyan alumni group have stayed here 4 times now. We love the kitchen, porch, view and floor plan of bedrooms and bathrooms. The host has always been prompt to respond if we have any questions. Love it!

Family labor day trip

Dock was really nice . Yard should have been mowed. Master bedroom carpet had a lot of stains and unclean. We had a great time though. kitchen was well stocked .Cabinets were full of stuff , ee had to box a lot of it up so we could put our food and supplies up.

Great lakehouse

This house is wonderful! Large rooms, extremely well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Kitchen is beautiful with high end appliances. The deck is fabulous with a gorgeous view. I can’t think of any complaints at all. This was our second family get together at this house. We’ll be back, Jason!!

Best dock on the lake.

The house is awesome love the lay out of house. Really nice neighbor. The lake to me ranks the same as chickamauga. Most of everyone's time was spent on the dock. We will be back again.

A great home and location for a family reunion!

This was our second stay at Watts Bar Lake House since it worked so well for us the first time. The location on the lake is wonderful. We hosted two dinners for family at the lake house and every tool one might need was available. A great view, dock, large lawn and home to enjoy family. The owner offered excellent communication. He continues to make updates to this very comfortable and clean home. We hope to return!

Fantastic Family Getaway

This was our second stay and I can’t imagine a better property to suit our family’s needs. Plenty of space indoors and out. Gentle sloping lot to double dock with a beautiful view & wonderful swimming area. Our trip was made more memorable this year as our daughter got engaged on the dock. I highly recommend this property!

Nothing short of Amazing

Our family vacation this year was bringing our personal boat to Watts Bar lake so I was searching for properties with lake access and a boat dock. This house was perfect for us and the dock was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the dock even when we weren’t out in the boat. As far as the host, he was amazing to work with. He and I spoke several times prior to the trip and he was helpful with pointers about the lake. He checked in with me on the trip down, made sure everything was good on arrival and was available for any questions during our stay. Check in and Check out was a snap and the times were very reasonable. The house itself was great too. It was clean, very well stocked with all the kitchen and grilling essentials. The bedrooms and bathroom arrangements worked very well for our family. You can tell it was an older home but they have done a great job renovating. The A/C did a great job keeping up with the hot and humid July weather in Tennessee. The huge kitchen table was great and chairs for 10 people. If you are considering this for a vacation I highly recommend it.

Family Reunion in TN

Great lakefront property for what we desire, water, sun, incredibly awesome dock, nearby Pickleball courts and Craft Beer, fire pit with seasoned firewood, grills, easy access to water, a screened in porch, patio, hot tub, wine cooler, plenty of parking and refrigerator space for 8 adults. We already booked it for next year!

Our favorite place to be!

The host is amazing with communication. The house is filled with everything you need. We love that the walk to the dock is short and not steep. We pretty much spend our whole time on the dock. We will be back next year!

Great Family Time

We had our yearly family fishing trip. The dock here is incredible. Jason was amazing to deal with and responded quickly with anything we needed. We caught many fish included a very large Drum and Largemouth bass. Don't hesitate to book. Very well stocked also.

Property in process of upgrading. Needs to be upgraded. House smelled old. It would help if numerous remotes were marked for what and Wi-Fi password given in instructions. Instructions for using fireplaces. Neither one was used but would keep people from asking if instructions are included. Overall great stay for the money. I would return if military discount was applied.
