This newly remodeled Victorian style home, set in the Texas hill country, is perfect for your next family vacation or business trip. This home gives a peaceful country feel even with quick and easy access to amenities. After a day of tubing on the Guadalupe River or boating on Canyon Lake, relax and view the wildlife or seasonal pond from the comfort of the outdoor patios. Offering nearly 3 acres of fully fenced yard, this property is ideal for families and pets. Those working remotely will love the high speed internet and comfortable work station. Your friends and family will have fun enjoying the multiple entertaining areas, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit or watching the game on the 65” 4K smart TV with HD surround sound. Chefs will love the fully stocked kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, large central island and backyard barrel charcoal grill. Each bedroom is stocked with exceptional linens, comfortable beds, smart TV’s, ceiling fans and everything needed for a comfortable and restful stay. It was a 4.8. We loved the house it was very cute and well decorated. We really enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dogs and the privacy was a bonus. The only thing that I would say makes iit a 4.8 rating and not a 5 is because the heater was not working.The heater in the house wouldnt heat up past 71 degrees. It was about 60 at night and 65 during the day which made the stay a little uncomfortable. We did have mini portable heaters supplied by the host , but it did not heat up much. The host did try to come out and fix it, which we really appreciated but it did not work. I would stay here again with my family, just in the summer lol

We had a wonderful stay over our Christmas break! The home was clean, kitchen well stocked and check in/ check out process was a breeze. Host was very responsive and accommodating. They had a beautiful Christmas tree set up for us which was so appreciated since we were coming in from out of town with our young children. The kids spent so much time outdoors playing on the basketball court, ping pong and foosball table. Plenty of outdoor space to roam. There are quite a few unleashed large dogs in the area so make sure to keep the gate to the property closed during your stay. Thanks again for the memories!

Weekend Retreat for Wedding

This was a perfect place to stay for my family our dogs to stay for my niece's out of town wedding. The space the cleanliness and the responsiveness were top tier with all the accommodations you could possibly need. Probably the biggest highlight for us was the fenced in property for the safety of our dogs, that allowed them the best time on vacation - they never stopped smiling! :) I would absolutely stay again when in the area.

The property was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and included all the little extra touches that made our stay the perfect place to come "home" to and relax! The fencing was well built and gave me the confidence to be able to let our agility dogs off leash. It was the perfect place for our stay!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Charming and well kept. Beautifully decorated . The home had everything we needed. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The property provided a country atmosphere but we were close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

We loved absolutely everything about Michael’s home. The checkin process was smooth. The house was super toddler friendly. They had a crib , diapers, wipes and pretty much everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we cooked a lot of meals and were very happy to find all the utensils we would need. The house has a great front porch and a huge backyard. The dogs had a great time in the yard. We also spotted some deer. The location was super convenient. It was located close to Canyon Lake and some Wineries which we enjoyed. Would totally boon this property again :)

Second time just as good

This was the second time that we stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. The house was very clean and well stocked for both stays. The host, Michael, is a great communicator and very easy to interact with. The location is convenient for us and the fenced yard is great for the kids to play in. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a rental in this area.

Perfect Getaway

The house and property were amazing! The house was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! The house was exactly as described in the description and pictures, even though the pictures doesn't do it justice! My 3 year old and dogs loved playing all around the property that was securely fenced in. Lots of area for a curious little boy to roam and play! The house had all the little things you didn't think to pack, we didn't need for anything. The hot tub and fire pit was amazing! My teenager enjoyed his time there just as much as my toddler. They were both upset to leave and my toddler has even asked to go back now to the yellow house. The house is in a central area where it's a decent drive to almost any tourist area you may want to visit. There are also 2 restaurants right outside the neighborhood that both had excellent food in a family environment with playgrounds. When we go back to the hill country again, I will most likely rent from the same property again!

Comfortable property

Very nice house (pictures are a true representation) and lots of private outdoor space. Michael was immediately responsive when we had questions. We worked during our stay and the wifi was perfect the whole time. We had a great experience here.
