The internal space is organized as follows:



- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses and kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table with chairs, TV and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside table, open wardrobe and chair;

- BEDROOM II with single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chair;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY with access from the living room;

- STORAGE ROOM.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, fan, wardrobe in the hallway, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.



Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in is self-service. Assistance is available until 11:00 PM.
