Located in a strategic area on the outskirts of Spoleto a stone's throw from the center and a few minutes walk from the train station.

The apartment consists of a living room with a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with wardrobe.

The apartment has been designed and furnished to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible.

The living room is bright and spacious with a comfortable fully equipped kitchen. In the living room you will find a table with four chairs, a cabinet for the smart TV and a sofa bed, a practical solution to accommodate additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a fan oven, a refrigerator with freezer, all the necessary dishes, a coffee machine and other hot drinks and all the products for cleaning it.

An air conditioner has been installed in the living room to make the guests' stay more pleasant in the hottest periods.

In the bedroom you will find a double bed with a memory foam mattress and double pillow to give the guest maximum comfort and optimal rest. You will also find a wardrobe, a large dresser with drawers, two bedside tables with lamps and an air conditioner to cool the room on the hottest days.

The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities.

In the bathroom you can use our courtesy sets, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, shower cap and toilet paper.

You will also have a shower towel, a face towel, a small towel for the bidet and a shower mat.

Both in the living room and in the bedroom there is a large window that gives you the possibility of accessing the terrace.

The apartment is located on the first floor, the external entrance door is located at number 71 of via Flaminia in Spoleto.

Once past the entrance you can access by stairs or by lift, once you reach the first floor (going up the stairs on the right, coming down from the lift on the left) you will find an entrance door that will take you into the common area.

On the left side of the common area you will find the entrance door to your apartment.

The guest can communicate with the Host through messages directly from the official platform or through messages on a dedicated number which will be communicated to the guest directly by the host.

Communication via email can also be used.
