The Space:

Bring the whole crew to this spacious Qualchan retreat—6 bedrooms, 4 baths, and room for 12. Enjoy an open-concept main level with a big island kitchen, dining table, Smart TV, cable, and cozy gas fireplace. Unwind in the luxe primary suite with jetted tub, walk-in shower, and balcony views of evergreens. Downstairs: a second lounge + kids’ games, plus a deck and yard. Fast WiFi, A/C, washer/dryer, and optional 3-car garage parking.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire home, except for 3 storage closets (not in bedrooms). We use a smartlock for simple self-check in and check out. Guests who wish to park inside the garage may do so by using the garage controls mounted inside the home. We do not provide garage clicker.



The Neighborhood:

The Qualchan neighborhood is 8 minutes from downtown Spokane, off Highway 195. It's got nice sidewalks, a park and basketball half-court, dog area and quiet neighbors. The tree-lined streets and yards are lovely, especially in Autumn, and a short 4-minute drive will deliver you to Yoke's Fresh Market grocery store, Nom Nom fuel station (gas, diesel, automatic car wash), Chaps Coffee, Latah Bistro, Subway, and Spokane Teacher's Credit Union bank.

Neighborhood is situated near Qualchan and Latah area off Hightway 195, just minutes to downtown Spokane, the airport, and Fairchild Air Force Base.

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.

For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.

For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.



After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.



Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours.



For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.



If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)
