This stylish 2nd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane as well as the Spokane Airport. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach. We are also within a short distance from Sacred Heart Hospital and Deaconess Medical Center and other medical facilities.

The space
This beautiful apartment features a large kitchen that is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. Sit back and relax on our luxurious furniture and watch the 55" smart TV. Our spacious master king suite features its own private bathroom with combination tub and shower. The classic queen room comfortably sleeps two and our sofa converts to a sleeper perfect for one additional guest! This unit is great for small families as well as couples traveling together who enjoy their privacy but also want all the comforts of home. BOOK NOW!

Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.

We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Very clean with great city access.

Very nice condo. Outside stairs were a little challenging for us but very well built. Freeway noise was loud with windows open but air conditioner worked really well. Easy car access and near to everything we were headed for. Overall great place.

Cute and comfy condo close to everything

My family and I stayed at this cute and comfy condo while visiting Spokane! It had all the comforts of home and was close to everything- Riverfront Park, Manito Park, Gonzaga University, etc! Jerry and Natasha were wonderful at communicating. We highly recommend this darling little gem in the middle of Spokane.

The apt. exceeded our expectations. I have no complaints we would stay there again. I did email the host pointing out a few very minor repairs that should be attended to. They didn't affect our stay at all, but I did send pictures and explanation to the host. I doubt it was thirty minutes worth of labor.

Perfect spot

This location was perfect for Gonzaga grad week. The apartment was a great size, well equipped, clean and quiet. Barely heard neighbors, beds were comfortable and AC was a great addition. Really easy 5min drive to downtown. Hosts were communicative but not overly so, check in was crazy easy. Would def recommend.

Great location, close to hospital

My family and I were looking for somewhere close to the hospital, this was a great location. Less than a 5 minute drive away and super easy drive. Property was immaculate and very well maintained inside and out, with all the essentials you need. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Parking was great! A few other places i had looked at did not have parking available. I will definitely book again if i ever have to be close to the hospital.

Nice place, central location

We were in town to dropped our child off at Gonzaga. This was a great place to stay and made it easy to get around. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. Loved having the full size washer/dryer. Great communication with the manager. Only bit of constructive feedback is that the unit didn't have the best TV signal but honestly we weren't really there enough to have it be an issue. Would absolutely go back.
