Beautiful Spokane Valley Home

Welcome! We pride ourselves in providing a clean and comfortable home. Kitchen is supplied with all the basics, including quality pots and pans for cooking family meals. No pets are allowed so it is great for those with allergies. Bedding and towels are washed with fragrance free detergent, and nearly all our cleaning products are natural. Designed with families in mind, we have two family room areas with TV's, Amazon Firesticks, Blu-ray DVD player and high speed 100 Mbs wireless internet.

Great location on quiet cul-de-sac. Easy freeway access, 2 miles from the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants and movie theater. 2 miles to the Hub Sports Center. Only 20 minutes to downtown Spokane, 14 miles to Gonzaga University and 25 minutes to Coeur d'Alene. Less than a mile from the Centennial Trail Barker Rd Trailhead.

The home has three queen beds. All beds are comfortable with pillow tops. Air mattress available to accommodate 8 people. We also have a “Pack n’ Play” portable crib as well as a baby gate.

Beautiful view of the mountains off the covered patio with comfy seating and water feature below. Please note, our property does not have backyard access but has a great grassy front yard!

Keyless entry using unique access code allows guest to arrive at their own schedule, contact-free. Guests have full access of home and deck area. Driveway parking access. Located at the front of the house in between the garage doors is an electric vehicle charging outlet (14-50R).

Since this is a duplex, we are conveniently located next door and are available by text, phone or email. Our goal is for you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Unexpected Delight

We had a very brief stay but enjoyed the time we were there. The property is very clean and organized in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and welcome to our first stay in Spokane Valley. We never leave reviews but felt that this place comes highly recommended for future stays.

Perfect!

The home and property are well located in Spokane Valley. What stood out most to us were the clean beds, linens, very comfortable spaces with everything you need to sit and visit with our adult children. Jacklyn and Taylor were wonderful hosts, easy to work with and available! We will be back!

A great home away from home

Fully stocked kitchen! Lots of cozy blankets to cuddle up on the couches in the two living room spaces. Great layout for our family of 8 to be able to spread out and have privacy if we wanted it. Very clean and the hosts are very generous with the bath room and kitchen amenities like coffee and soaps and such.quiet dead end neighborhood yet close to shopping . Highly recommend

What a beautiful home

Nestled in the Spokane Valley, this is a location that is quiet and yet not far from the city center. The views of pastoral tranquility from the back patio were refreshing. Its a quick walk to the centenial trail along the river and we tool advantage daily. The decor is tasteful and the space is very well kept.

Great condo in Spokane Valley

Nice, spacious property in Spokane Valley. Host was there to greet us. No issues with checkin or checkout. Clean, well decorated, and everything was functional. Good HVAC and water pressure / temperature. One minor issue: the sofa upstairs was pretty squishy. One section seemed like the springs were pretty shot. But there was plenty of other seating.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location, while off the path a bit, was ideal for a quiet stay. My kids enjoyed the space to go out and throw the football around. Check-in process was quick and easy. The host was helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommend: Great Property

We loved this vacation rental. The property is in a quiet neighborhood yet centrally located between downtown Spokane and Coeur D' Lane, ID. We were visiting friends who live locally and this home provided us the perfect retreat to relax. The owners provide excellent communication throughout the entire process. We have recommended this place to our friends to consider sharing with their out of town guests who need extra room.

Great space

This home was clean and very well stocked with all that you would need. They even had microwave popcorn and chocolate for us, which we took full advantage of! The Owner was polite and sent instructions on the check in process and it all went very smooth. Overall we were very happy with this rental.

Clean & comfy

We enjoyed our stay here SO much! The listing accurately describes this property. It was clean with comfy beds as well as quality linens and towels. We stayed with our adult children, their spouses, and our 2 granddaughters; 8 of us altogether and had plenty of room. Convenient to parks and the interstate. And fast, helpful communication from Jacklyn. We were in town for a family wedding at Zephyr Lodge on Liberty Lake and this house fit our needs quite well!

Wonderful visit in Spokane

This home was exactly as described. It's a beautiful home in Spokane Valley. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, quiet neighborhood and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the close proximity to the Centennial Trail, stores, restaurants, lakes, parks and only 25mins from Coeur d'Alene. We loved our stay and hope to return. Owners were very nice and easily accessible if needed.
