One of a kind Country Villa on 5 acres, 7 -10 mins to downtown. Gorgeous details throughout: wrought-iron staircase, vaulted/box beamed ceilings, crown molding, stunning, picture windows, multiple entertaining decks. Formal LR w/ stone fireplace. Amazing kitchen w/ custom cabinetry, induction cook top, island, sub-zero re-frig & wet bar. Magazine quality master suite w/ stunning marble bath! George our views from every window. The place has a fenced in back yard and is located on 5 acres. 5- 7 miles from downtown or the airport you will be close enough for hoop fest yet far enough away to feel some peace and quiet after the games. Great space for group of people traveling together.

There is a residential area in the basement that may also be occupied during your stay. .. .. If you are looking to have a party with catering done I highly recommend Vicki’s you can see the spread she did for my daughters bridal shower in the house photos

The kitchen was made for parties, open spaces all through out the house, bedrooms were all huge, master bedroom is fit for a queen, THE BATHTUB AND SHOWER ARE BEAUTIFUL!! Hot tub was just right for cold winter night with friends, lots of room for parking, hosts communication was so helpful! Perfect place to hosts birthday celebrations, retreats or bigger gatherings. This place was a dream come true.
As soon as you drive up it is pure magical!
The grand hall staircase is everything for a dream queen bday weekend
Living room is HUGE! Couches are so comfy
Beautiful as soon as you walk in!

Everything was wonderful! This is our 2nd time at this property and we used it for our small business's holiday party. Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for mingling, games, and fun!

We loved the house. It was big enough for our big family and it had everything we needed. The downside was that it wasn’t very clean. We tried to get ahold of the owner the day we got there but she didn’t reply for a couple of days. Some blankets on the beds were dirty so we ended up spending 4 hours at a laundromat washing blankets. She eventually came and took care of a couple of things. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with our entire bridal party and hosted a micro-wedding here, which the owner was so gracious to accommodate for us. It was such a memorable weekend for everyone involved and we can't thank our hosts enough!The house is stunning and beautifully decorated. Far enough out to feel private but conveniently close to town. There was so much space to suit our needs for the event. It honestly could not have been better. The Buck Rogers print on the bed was a great laugh for us too. He made an appearance in our wedding photos

Wonderful Property!

We had our business holiday party here and it was perfect! About 25 folks attended and we had plenty of space to bring in rented tables/chairs for eating and we were able to cater in food to the property for dinner. Kitchen was spacious and we were able to have a buffet line. Plenty of space to mingle and hang out! We had some folks coming in from out of town and they had a comfortable stay as well. Great spot, very clean, and fun property!

Wonderful reunion space

9 family members stayed in this beautiful home for a reunion. The foyer is grand and feels like entering a manor house. The dining room is spacious with enough seating for all. The kitchen was well-stocked and spotless. Bathrooms were also very clean. Beds were comfortable and the living spaces lovely and big enough for all of us to gather. The Christmas tree and holiday decorations were a wonderful touch. The view is stunning from all windows and the outdoor space is fabulous. All in all, it is a terrific place to have a reunion!Things to fix on the listing: The 5th bedroom is open to a playroom over the garage with no closet and no separating door. The hosts said the hot tub would probably not be working and they are considering taking it off the listing.

A good home that fell a little short for us

We celebrated a 60th birthday,. Although the house is large,there were issues that fell short of expectations. There was still a pile of dirty laundry in a laundry basket. ICK. Also, NO towels on any towel racks in bathrooms.As we look for towels, we noticed almost no toilet paper for 4 bathrooms....1 partial roll in one bathroom, and 3 were empty. And not a single kitchen towel, & 1 partial roll of paper towels in kitchen, No dish soap in the dispenser, and no garbage sacks. We are here for 3 nights. I message the host, who was responsive, She tells me there are paper towels in the garage, garbage bags and dish soap under the sink, and kitchen towels next to the stove". None of this was correct. She did order more of everything, and they were all delivered the next afternoon. Also, EVERY shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser was EMPTY. In 3 bathrooms. Clearly, her cleaner or whomever did not prepare/leave the home ready for guests. Most disappointing was the hot tub, which we wanted to use after golf and was the main reason for choosing the house. Upon opening it up, the water was yellow and cloudy, was low water level and did not smell clean. I have a hot tub at home. i messaged her & she said it it was clean when she left but another guest did stay there in between. Also ICK. Anytime a hot tub is used it should be shocked for cleanliness. We still enjoyed our birthday and the house is nice, but felt we should mention the issues encountered.

Great home outside of town

We were in town for Hoopfest and needed a large enough home to accommodate 5 teenage boys and 2 adults. This didn't disappoint. The home was large enough for the kids to have the upstairs for late night movies while we adults got plenty of sleep in the master bedroom downstairs. The home is outside of town so I enjoyed waking up early and enjoying coffee in a wooded feel. We had family over for a pizza night on our last night there and played games. Everyone had a lovely time. Great home for large gatherings. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful house, great kitchen with all you would need to cook a meal, wonderful patio & views

The house was perfect for our family and friends to gather over a long weekend - we all attended a friends wedding. Beautiful home like the pictures, spacious and comfortable. Great location for us - close to airport (but not so close there was noise), convenient to get downtown and to store etc. Great views and large back deck to enjoy sitting around the firepit watching a movie or chillin at the table. Gracious owner, Dalyn was easy to reach and very accommodating on short notice with our questions. Would love to go back again in the summer or winter!
