"The room itself was very nice. We tried to check in early at 2:30pm and we were told our room would be ready at 4:00pm which is check-in time. The room was not ready at 4, it was not ready for another 2 hrs! There was no communication or apologies. Not even offered a free drink or meal while we waited. ..."
