Beautiful Eco-Friendly Villa in Split – Just Steps from Marjan and the Center

Situated in a prime position on the harbour front with close to the centre of Split and only a 12 minute walk to the beach, with relaxing walks along the Adriatic coastline direct from the front door. Whether you are attracted to a city break or a beach escape, Villa Sarina provides you with the best of both. Designed in a modern, contemporary style throughout, the main house comprises of three bedrooms whilst the external annex opposite the main house features one bedroom and its own kitchen and lounge area, perfect for those travelling as part of a group who like additional privacy . Designed for sustainability and comfort, the villa is self-sufficient and environmentally conscious, offering a unique and responsible way to experience the beauty of Split. Both properties have access to an open plan living and kitchen area, great for accommodating big families. The inviting pool and sun terrace area is great to spend time relaxing and dining while soaking up the sunshine. With outdoor living in mind, there is also fantastic covered seating area overlooking the swimming pool as well as a built in barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. Explore Split with its much loved ambiance, the city is lined with cafes, restaurants and shops weaved in the maze of cobbled streets, or discover the harbour promenade, everything you need is conveniently not far away.

Wow. What a wonderful house and property. Super clean with great amenities. Sarina the host was more than gracious and responsive. The house is a close walk to Old Town as well as the national park. Good restraints very close. One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve done anywhere. Thank you Sarina.

Incredible villa in a great location!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at this property. The home is beautiful, pool is great, the kids had fun in the game room, very well equipped kitchen that we cooked in often. The WiFi was very good which was important since I was working while there. The house is in a private spot and yet is still less than a five minute walk to the ocean and places to swim as well as a cafe/bar. Grocery stores within an 5-10 min walk as well. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Split and the harbor and palace. Everything was very clean, the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The 4th room is a loft in a separate building like a guest house which was a perfect hang out spot for the kids. And I can’t say enough nice things about Sarina the host, she was so helpful with offering great restaurant recommendations, she helped get us set up with a boat for a day trip to island hopping, as well as setting up transportation for us to get to Dubrovnik when we checked out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this house!

Excellent property in Split

My brother and I stayed with our families. Eight total but you could accommodate more if needed. The heated pool was perfect. Loved the check in (host was there to help out) and checkout process (nothing to be done). Also had a few questions which were promptly answered. Highly recommended.

A Hidden Gem with a Pool and Warm Welcome

This property was a true hidden gem! Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a peaceful retreat. The moment you step in, you're greeted by a stunning view of the heated pool, surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating. The house itself is beautifully decorated with modern appliances throughout. The grounds are meticulously maintained, creating a serene atmosphere. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The separate guest house was a fantastic addition, complete with its own kitchen and a game room downstairs that is perfect for kids and adults alike. The location was perfect, just steps away from a variety of restaurants. We can't recommend this property enough - it was a truly wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family house for wonderful trip to Split

We rented Sarina’s place for a two week family vacation. It was perfect. The property is immaculately presented, exactly as photographed (or better). The pool and garden are perfect for children, as is the downstairs open plan concept. The location of the house is incredible - right on the edge of Marian park, easily walkable to Split old town and within a few minutes of shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. - what more could you need? Sarina is an incredible host too. Nothing was too much trouble. Great communication throughout. If you’re looking for your perfect stay in Split, look no further.

Spectacular Estate Style Home

As you wind down the narrow gravel road you wonder if you made a wrong turn, but when you pass through the gate the road opens up into a beautiful estate style property with a magnificent contemporary home. It is secluded and quiet, yet walking distance to the palace and waterfront. We had one of the best vacations ever.

The house offers a perfect stay in an excellent location

We have enjoyed our stay in the house very much. The location is ideal also in hot days, it give enough air and a fresh breeze and space when the city center is overheated. The house is exactly as shown on the photos, just the plants have grown and appears even nicer. The accommodation is very clean, cozy and nicely designed. There is everything available you might need even for a longer stay. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. Air conditioning in whole house works perfectly and very quiet. If you like jogging there is a great park Marjan 5-7 min. walk from apartment, which is perfect for walking, jogging and ride a bike. Thanks for making our stay in Split unforgettable.

A perfect stay in Split

When we booked this property for a family vacation and looked at the pictures on Vrbo, we thought this is to good to be true. When we arrived, we realized: It is true! Everything in this dream villa is of finest quality and well kept. In the kitchen there are all required tools, dish washer, coffee machines etc - all in perfect condition. The bedrooms and the living room a furbished very tastefully. But, why speaking about the rooms - we hardly stayed inside, because there is such a wonderful pool area with ample lawn chairs and other opportunities to sit down and enjoybthe sunset with a cocktail. The location of the villa could not be any better: We walked every morning to the little secluded bays on Marijan National park, within 29 min walk through the pine forest one reaches really besutiful spots for snorchelibg and swimming that are very quite. I ran a few times around that peninsula - which had perfect views and great running paths - for walkers or runners this is a beautiful opportunity, anywhere between 5 km and 10 km for a circle, depending on your endurance. In the other direction is the old town of split, just a 1.5km stroll away. Sarina, the host, has welcomed us when we arrived and helped us during and before our stay with any kind of information we required. She is a wonderful and lovely host. Overall - Villa Sarina has been a great place for our most precious family time of the year, we could not have thought about any better place in Split.
