The name Xenia stands for "protector of guests, hospitality and the stranger" and the spirit of our four-star studio apartment that was renovated and newly furnished in June 2016.
Whether palace, promenade, bathing beach, cafe or restaurant, everything is in front of the door or can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is located 80m from the sea and 100m from the adjacent World Heritage Site, the historic center of Split.
The studio apartment overlooks the courtyard and garden and has space for 2 people. On 27 square meters you will find a living room with box spring bed, from which you can also watch the numerous TV programs. The cabinet offers space for your personal things and the safe. Various storage options allow books and the like to find their place. In the small, spatially delimited, fully equipped kitchen with its own window there is a dining table and seating.
In the bathroom there is space for a locked shower, a shelf as well as a washstand and toilet. For our winter guests there is floor heating in the bathroom, heating with air conditioning.
The loggia is surrounded by glass / windows, with a view of the courtyard and garden. The back yard widens a pleasant urban atmosphere.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV with 15 German channels and free WiFi.

Studio Apartment Xenia is next door to our Apartment Xenios for 4 people (see Announce No. 2560198). Both can be rented together. Families or groups are very welcome.

We loved our stay. A little too small of an apartment for our 3 week stay, but we wanted to be in this area at a fair price, so we made the choice We went on several day trips to the local islands and other cities along the coast. Everything we did, including boat ferries and bus stations for our day trips were within walking distance. Hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp.. Highly recommend if you want to be in an excellent area and are comfortable staying in a smaller apartment without a view.

Ein vollkommener Glücksgriff, dieses Appartment! Wirkt fast wie neu, ist richtig schön eingerichtet und hat ein bequemes Bett. (Nur der Kühlschrank rattert nachts etwas laut und man muss die Koffer in den 2. Stock schleppen.) Ansonsten aber: beste Lage, sehr netter Kontakt zum deutschsprachigen Vermieter - und einen Parkplatz hatten wir vorm Haus (trotz Hochsaison) auch gefunden. (Xenia zeigt zur Rückseite des Hauses, was gut ist, weil vorne derzeit Großbaustelle ist). Deshalb Rundum-Empfehlung!

Another perfect stay

This was our second stay in this apartment, and we’re planning to come back next year as well. Why? It’s centrally located, clean and tidy, and has all the equipment you need, even though the apartment is fairly small. In addition, there is virtually no noise from neighbors or traffic.

Great location for vicinity to everything - markets, old town, shopping, great food and the beach. The apartment was perfect for us. Great communication and support. This is a small Apartment yet functional to what we needed. I would go back there in a flash.

Perfect location.

Host was nice, allowed us to check in a day early. Apartment in nicely located, easy to walk everywhere. We did come with a car and parking was fairly easy in front of building, other than a day trip, it was not needed. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen very nice. Very clean.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, von der Buchung bis zur Abfahrt hat alles top geklappt! Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Rande der Altstadt, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Riva und ca. 15 Min zum Busbahnhof. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Super!

Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht, es war sauber und die Lage ist einfach mega. Man ist in 3 Minuten am Hafen, und in die Altstadt sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt in der Straße einen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Wir waren 6 Nächte hier und würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken. Edzard und seine Frau standen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, reagierten immer schnell und wir durften sogar später ausschecken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen und können das Apartment bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful stay in Split

The studio apartment was perfect for my and my husbands needs while staying in Split. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to both teh water and Old Town! Parking is free on the street but we never had trouble finding parking within a couple minute walk from the VRBO. Recommend Xenia studio apartment to those staying in Split!

Great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. local restaurants called Konoba’s in a 2 block area that have fantastic food and servers. 3 minute walk to the water and yachts docked at the promenade. Edzard was a great host. Clean and Small place, had everything that we needed.

Schönes Studio im wunderschönen Split

Durch die zentrale Lage zum Hafen, zum Strand und zur Altstadt optimal. Ein Balkon wäre schön, aber man hält sich ja im Urlaub mehr ausserhalb auf. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und schlicht und sehr effizient eingerichtet. Zuverlässiger Kontskt zum Vermieter und guter Service vor Ort, z.B. frische Handtücher nach 4 Tagen schienen selbstverständlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Studio "Xenia" nur wärmstens empfehlen. Für Paare bestens geeignet.

Nettes kleines Appartement

Das Appartement hat uns gut gefallen. Klein aber ausreichend für 2 Personen. Schade, dass der kleine Balkon irgendwann zugebaut wurde. Die Lage ist gut, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen bzw. vom Shuttlebus. Das Zentrum ist 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Viele Lokale sind nach Gusto und Geldbeutel vorhanden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß aber auch mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Supermarkt. Ein Kritikpunkt ist der Schalter für das heiße Wasser. Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man ihn anlassen muss und hatten ihn tagsüber ausgeschaltet. Wir dachten es ist ein Durchlauferhitzer, falsch gedacht, das war ein Boiler. Somit hatten wir an einem Abend kalt geduscht. Ich kannte solche Schalter überhaupt nicht.

Great location

Half a block off of the marina and promenade. Large grocery store and 3 Bars/restaurants close by. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in Croatia! Very short walk to Palace and old town. Apartment is small, but clean and newly renovated. And it worked perfectly for me.

Fun Apartment and Great Location

The apartment was cozy and perfect location for exploring Split. It was just a few minutes walk to Diocletian’s Palace and a short Uber ride to see the Fortress of Kliss. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. 5 out of 5 stars all the way around. We would definitely stay here again.

Appartement très bien rénové à 5 mn à pied du centre historique

Tout était très bien excepté le fait qu'il est mentionné dans l'annonce parking et garage laissant à penser que ces derniers sont réservés pour l'appart. Pas du tout: c'est parking dans la rue si disponible ou parking couvert payant à 300m. Il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce.
