This is a detached house situated on an excellent location on a plot of 1700 m2 in a quiet area on the southern side of Split .

The house is just five minutes by foot from the pebble beaches.

Enjoy the sun or the shade - there is two big verandas with armchairs and outdoor fireplace,and two hammock, the swimming pool 12m x 5,5 m.The whole villa is surrounded by fruit tree ,olive trees and cultivated greenery and bushes,and has an enchanting view of the sea and the islands.
The playground with swing makes children's hearts beat faster.

The house designed for 4 people, ideal for family with children or a newlyweds, a living area of 75 m2 and consists of a spacious living room which overlooks the olive grove and garden and equipped with LCD TV, radio, DVD,WI FI, fireplace, sofa (for 4 people ), coffee table, and dining area with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove with oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, blender, dishes).

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two single beds. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet (washing machine) .The house was newly renovated in 2014 g and has a lot of detail (Venetian masks, statues ...)Each room has air conditioning.
Outside the house there is a gym that has 35 m2 (air conditioning). The gym is equipped with exercise machines Diadora, has a bathroom with shower and toilet, and has a fridge so you can cool off drink.

The pool has a counter-current swimming, night lights, pool size is 12.5m x 5.5 m, depth of 1.70 m, a sunbathing area tiled with stone slabs surrounded by cherry trees that create a curtain from prying eyes and you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing.
Near the swimming pool is the outdoor shower.
If you come by car we offer you parking within the house.

It is located 4 kilometres from UNESCO protégé Old City of Split.
It is very close to the walking path by the sea, where you can enjoy in a walk or bike ride while looking at the beauty of the Mediterranean, and a magnificent sunset.
Close to the house (100m) is a bus stop if you want to go to the city center by bus.
Also close by is restaurant, grocery, ATM, pizzeria.
Split Airport is 25 km away.

Lovely comfortable house

The house is well positioned for local small pebble beach access. There was a lot of construction on at the time which was t explained until we arrived, it wasn’t disruptive to us but some may have found it so. This is for a new beach and apartment complex which will significantly improve the amenities and look of the area, due completion in 2025. Mosquitoes and biting insects were initially an issue but a plug an and good old mosquito repellant soon sorted that. The house was brilliant and the facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV, etc were great, the fitness equipment was good too. The pool is big enough to get some exercise in and was always a great temperature and very refreshing. Our host was very welcoming, accommodating and responsive.

Lovely view from the property! Great stay.

Host Tatjana was very responsive and flexible about checking in and showed us around very well. She brought us a bowl of cherries from her house! Breathtaking views from the property. All equipment available for kitchen and BBQ! Good swimming pool - couldn’t use as much as we would have liked because it is not heated and the weather was mixed. Beach area around ( and opp Hotel Amphora) is not particularly developed - the shacks were all closed and no sunbeds in June. There is a supermarket near by for daily needs. The town centre is is not far but the traffic is quite bad. There is a bus stop (route 14 and 15) just outside the house but we did t use it. The garden has lots of vegetations including olive trees, and vegetable plants, so a bug / mosquito spray could be useful. Overall it was a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely villa with a great view!

Lovely villa set back from the main coast road. About 15 mins walk to nearest convenience store and nearby Žnjan beach. Also about 15 min taxi/bus ride into Split.

Nice stay

Very nice stay - house is nice and has all the equipment needed. Many nice spots in the garden for relaxing and enjoying the view of the sea. The pool is so nice! Not a lo of restaurants in the nearby area, but easy and cheap to get around with Uber.

What a great Pool

We had such a fun in this 2 weeks, the Pool was exactly what we expected and Tatjana was a very nice host. We loved the fresh tomatos, grapes, and cucumber which we could harvest every day. Highly recommended from a family of 3 wuth our 8 year old girl

Paradise close to Split Old Town

We loved our 11 nights in our lush garden villa just a short bikeride from the center of Split. The villa and garden was very clean, Tatjana gave us a very informative greeting on arrival and came to check on us during our stay. We liked using the pool and the barbecue and just sitting in the lush garden with flowers and fruittrees. On the bikes we could follow the shoreline to Split passing the many nice beaches on the way. We also biked to the east and enjoyed the small town there. We had planned maybe to go to Hvar and Brac, but decided to just enjoy life in our villa instead. It was our true paradise for 12 days.

Great swimming pool and quiet location by the beach.

Our host was lovely and made us feel at home offering fruit from the garden and thoughtfully provided a light snack on the evening of our arrival. We wanted a large pool, and we got one, with a fabulous sea view, counter-current, use of floats and large parasols, which were much needed. We were given plenty of notice if the host needed to come and check the pool and garden. The house and gym area were very clean. The location was quiet, but walking distance to great beach with clear water, shower and a specialist area for people with a disability giving them easy, safe access to the sea. There were life guards, sun beds with parasols, small cafe/bars. A short drive into Split meant markets, old town, restaurants and harbour. The boat trip to blue cave and islands was worth it, although peak tourist time, same for Krka national park and waterfalls. Trogir, 30 min drive away was a wonderful old town with UNESCO status. There is as much or little to do as you like, we loved the pool so spent many days as a family using that, but trips were easy from the house too. We were grateful to our host for her hospitality.
