Luxury Villa Ciovo Joy 2, with a heated private pool, is ideally located in Slatina on the island of Ciovo. It is located 10 m from a pebble stone beach and 7 km from the center of Trogir.

Luxury Villa Ciovo Joy 2 extends over 300 m2 of living space and together with 25 m2 of a terrace and 11 m2 of a balcony is located on a property of 1000 m2. Luxury Villa Ciovo Joy 2 consists of three floors: ground floor, first and second floor, connected by internal stairs. Luxury Villa Ciovo Joy 2 is ideal for comfortable accommodation of 12 people.

There is a heated swimming pool (24 m2) with sun loungers, a barbecue and a dining table for 6 people in the garden.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with an LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen with an island, pantry, and dining table. There is also an elegant bedroom with LCD TV, a king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub on this floor, as well as an additional toilet

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and one with a shower and a bathtub.
