****Apartment Xenios with sea view, promenade, old town, balcony

The name Xenios stands for "protector of guests, hospitality and the stranger" and the spirit of our holiday apartment that was renovated and newly furnished in June 2016. Whether palace, promenade, bathing beach, cafe or restaurant, everything is in front of the door or can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is located 80m from the sea and 100m from the adjacent World Heritage Site, the historic center of Split. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, cable TV with 15 German channels and free WiFi. From the balcony of the 50 sqm south apartment, the Blichk crosses the harbor and the ferries. In the spacious kitchen you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for up to 6 people. A baby chair is provided on request. If necessary, the sofa transforms into a 160 cm wide double bed with mattress and slatted frame. A flat screen offers various television programs.
In the bedroom you will find a classic double bed (180 cm), a three-door wardrobe with mirror and safe. Both rooms offer a view of the sea, the harbor and the island of Brac, each has access to the balcony with a table and seating. The friendly bathroom offers a toilet, large vanity and floor-level large shower, washing machine. For winter guests in the bathroom floor heating, heating by air conditioning.

Smoking is not permitted!

Xenios is next door to the Xenia studio apartment (see Announce No. 2560339). Both can be rented together. Families or groups are very welcome.

We had an issue with our travel plans coming from the United States that resulted in our arrival being delayed 1 day. The hosts were extremely accommodating and added the missed day onto the end of our stay.....ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT AND THE HOSTS!!!! Zivili !!!!!!!!!!!!

We couldn’t have had a better accommodation anywhere else! It was minutes from old town and all of the attractions. The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped! We didn’t want for anything. The view from the balcony was stunning! We arrived very early on a rainy day and Edzard was kind enough to let us in early at no charge! What a wonderful host! I will definitely recommend this lovely apartment

What a spectacular location for this little gem. This apartment has a stunning view of the marina and was within walking distance from the market, numerous restaurants and great shopping. The hosts provided all the information we required prior to our stay and the apartment was as advertised. It was clean and had all the amenities we required. Thank you for your hospitality! The only reason for less than 5 stars for cleanliness was not for the apartment itself but for the garbage on the street outside the apartment by the trash bins

Stay in the heart of Split

The host was amazing, great communication and went over and beyond to ensure everything was set for our arrival. It is a cosy little apartment close to all the restaurants, shops and tourist attractions with a great view of the marina. Would stay there again.

5 days in Split

The walk from the bus terminal through the port and the waterfront to the unit was a short pleasant 15 minutes. The outside of the build and the lobby seemed a little dated. However the unit was just the opposite. Updated bathroom, kitchen, doors and window. The perfect place for our 5 day stay. Located in a quit area just a 10 min walk to the Riva, old city and the ferries. Very convenient grocery store located one street away. Would rent this unit again.

Great location in Split

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance to everything old town Split has to offer. Free street parking is available, but it is for everyone, meaning you may not always find a spot close by, you may have to park a few blocks away. The apartment is nicely furnished and comes with a great view of the harbor. We had a lovely stay and would come again.

Fantastic spot!

Amazing view of the harbour. Bright, clean and spacious apartment. Has all the amenities needed for a short or longer stay. Very close to the old town and boardwalk but just far enough away to be quiet at night. There’s a cafe, bakery and grocery store within 2 minutes of walking. Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Superblick!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement liegt nur wenige Meter von der Riva/Altstadt entfernt mit einem wunderschönen Blick zur Promenade und zum Meer. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht.

Beautiful Apartment With Perfect Location

Apartment is charming, very well-equipped, and quite spacious. I had everything I needed in the apartment, including things in the kitchen for me to cook meals when I want. Doors in both living room and bedroom open into wonderful views and sea breeze. Best thing is the location -- it's just a short few mins walk to the center of all the action, with enough distance that I didn't get much noise from the crowd. Go west a little and the stretch of beaches begins. Perfect vacation getaway!
