If you're looking for a calm and relaxed place in Split and still being able to be in the center of the town within a 5 minute walking distance, you're at the right place. Calm & Relax Apartments are located at the western entrance of the Park forest Marjan, steps away from the most beautiful view point overlooking Old town, Adriatic sea and the islands.
The condo is situated on the first floor with two bedrooms and a large terrace with the breathtaking view of the Old town and the islands. All apartments are equipped with the fast WI-FI and AC in every room. It has private parking place.
Marjan has been cherished by the citizens of Split for generations and is considered the ‘lungs of the city. Scenic viewpoints, hiking trails and hidden beaches are walking distance from your apartment. At the same time, within a 5 minute walk through the picturesque neighborhood Varos you can be at Riva promenade and Diocletian Palace. Marjan is like the biggest sports center in Split: running, rollerblading, cycling, tennis, climbing, swimming or simply walking, everyone can practice his favorite sport. There are countless paths that wind through the forests and along the coast, revealing a well-tendered landscape, jagged beaches, vista points, ancient chapels, and a nice cafe restaurant

Loved Split

The apartment was great. The view from the balcony was the loud city and the harbor. The apartment was quite, working washer and drier, comfortable furniture. Milo the manager was awesome. Stocked the fridge with a bottle of wine a few beers and some juices which was nice. He also gave us great recommendations for dinner and beaches. Really nice guy. The walk down through the old city was spectacular. It was a hills back up but it’s a good way to burn off dinner and gelato. I’d definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant stay

This place is amazing -absolutely what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! I would absolutely stay here again. This host was a great host- very responsive and available to answer questions.

Fantastic place with awsome sea view!!

Milo and Petra ( the best hosts we have met in Croatia so far )welcomed us. Such a great guys. Great information about the accommodation, the city, beaches, places to go. He even sent us an email with additional information on restaurants, regional wines, tour agencies,etc. Unbelievably. The place:huuugee apartment of a great style in a middle sized building, on the 1st floor, with a great furniture, all needed facilities (iron with a board, coffee machine, water boiler, tv, excellent wifi, washing machine,drying machine,air conditioning in every room, and so on),comfortable bads with Royal mattresses,bathroom and additional toilet,big dining area, great kitchen, Position of the apartments is fantastic. It is places in an elite residential area of Split, so quite, but so central, close to the Marjan Natural park so you can go for a run in the morning, close to the restaurant Panorame with the breathtaking panoramic view of the city, close to the city centre- just a few minutes down the stairs around 5 min to Diocletian Palace , so restaurants,Splits Riva, 5 min by car to the great beach. Not to forget a free-of-charge parking lot (very important in Split). Balcony? What a view!!!!!!!!!!! Such Dalmatian view to the city but to the sea as well. We chilled at the Balcony in the late evenings or early mornings. Such a treasure.... The only disadvantage was that our accommodation was so so awesome that we stayed in the apartment longer (instead of going to the beach/city) than what we usually do. Crazy :)

We recently stayed three nights in a nice apartment, is one of the best places we've ever rents, 2 bedrooms, large living room, immaculately clean! My wife and I traveled with another pair of our friends. Milo greeted us and immediately felt welcome and it was clear that nothing was too problematic. They are divorced around our apartment and everything is clearly explained to us and we are encouraged to relax and feel at home. The apartment was very spacious, spacious comfortable for at least 4 people, the double bed was very comfortable and the second room with two single beds that our host merged into one large one. The kitchen was very well equipped and small things like excellent Dalmatian wine, tea coffee, sugar and toiletries in the bathroom. It has a beautiful balcony with a spectacular view of the old town, islands, mountains .. a space that encourages you to use for sitting and relaxing or eating. The location is perfect, close to the city's Natural Park recreational area with all recreational facilities, cycling, rock climbing, amusement park for children, tennis courts, beaches .. private parking and you are everywhere for 10-15 minutes, to the Old Town, to the beach. The apartment is located in the old town and only 5 minutes walk to the main promenade by the sea and the spectacular Diocletian's Palace, the most important monument in Croatia from the Roman Empire Ancient Split is a beautiful, picturesque historic city to visit, almost 2000 years old so the 2 BD Co
