Apartment Punta offers you everything that you may need on your vacation. Beaches are 5 minutes walk away, city center 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment, within couple of minute walking there are a grocery market, pharmacy, hospital, gas station, bus station.
Apartment has 2 bedrooms, first a bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be pushed together or separated and wardrobe closet, second bedroom with a bunk bed and wardrobe closet, living room with a tv, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, electric + gas hob, dish washer, coffe machine, kettle, microwave etc. One bathroom is with a toilet and a sink, the second bathroom is with a toilet, sink, shower and machine. There is free WiFi, air condition, iron + ironing board, hair dryer, safe box,
The parking is a free public parking on the street.
Private yard has two levels, on the first level there is outdoor furniture where you can have your coffee, breakfast in the morning and catch some sunshine. On the second higher level below the gazebo there is a grill, open kitchen and massive wooden table and benches, also there is a outdoor shower and jacuzzi. For families there is a private cageball court.

Ant-filled and unclean

We had a very disappointing stay here. We chose the apartment for the amenities like the jacuzzi, soccer field, and patio. However, upon check-in we found the apartment to be very dirty with ants and dirt on the bathroom floor and in the shower, drainage flies throughout, and dirt & grime under beds, couches etc. The outside patio and soccer area was covered in leaves and branches. There had recently been some storms but we expected this area to be cleared and swept before we checked in. The jacuzzi had sand in it and didn’t look appealing to go in. There were also several half drunk bottles of liquor in the fridge leftover from previous guests that they claimed were “gifts” to us but not sure how many people would feel comfortable drinking from open bottles. Out of the five different apartments we stayed in across Croatia, this was by far the dirtiest and poorest quality.The location is convenient to walking to old town. However, if you choose to stay here be careful with how you park your car on the street as ours was apparently too close to the wall (needs to be one meter away) and was towed overnight.

PERFECT PLACE! We spend 5 nights here and it was perfect. The hot tub and outdoor seating area were perfect for relaxing after exploring Split. The place was huge with a very big living room and kitchen. 2 bathrooms were great. Easy 5 minute walk to Old Town or $5 uber to anywhere including the Marjan Park. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and bakeries nearby. The soccer field in the back kept everyone entertained and they even had a soccer ball. 10/10 recommend staying here.
