"The breakfast was good. It was late but the tv didn’t work and we weren’t given a WiFi password."

"The fan started blowing cold air as the thermostat wasn’t working so couldn’t sleep at all due to cold and the fan sound as at 4 am called the help desk guy and he couldn’t do much so he gave me extra blanket but still washable to sleep comfortably entire night and when checked out told the receptionist she said she couldn’t do anything much as they might have forgotten to service or set the cooling heating system I am really frustrated and will never use Hilton hotels in future"

"Absolutely love staying here! Here for work about once a month and stay here every time. It’s clean, quiet and has amazing and clean hot tubs! There are different kinds and they have powerful jets. Feel refreshed after every trip here. Warning though, the jets are powerful so your book might get wet if you’re trying to read with them on. Lol"

"Water park was great and over all a great experience. Room had many issues that made us unhappy. Will go back to the water park but unsure if I'll stay in the hotel again."

"When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. "

"We were in room 100 there were a ton of ants. They did provide us with big spay. I didn't like the fact that they seemed to be aware that that room had issues with ants. Why would they put a guest that has been there many times to their hotel or any guest for that matter. They offered to move us on our second day but I choose not to because I wasn't sure it was the only room with that issue. On the first night we stayed the room above us was very loud I believe it was because they were putting...

"The property was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and check in easy. The room was fairly spacious with a larger compact fridge and small microwave. TV sound did carry through the wall from the next room but it wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located to get back and forth to the university, although the city needs to repair the road the hotel is on. I did not partake of the breakfast so have no comment on it."
