"I believe for the Marriott name this hotel needs an upgrade. The pillows are awful, the bathroom, rugs, and furniture is dated. The linen also needs an upgrade. "We go to Erie a few times a year...I have never complained until this stay. Tried this hotel for it's location. Location is great. Check in and check out clerk was very nice. We stayed 4 nights/5 days. Housekeeping never came. We ran out of towels after 2 days there was no tissues. Call to desk wasn't helpful.no towels by the pool 2 nights of our stay. Radisson needs to update this property and retrain staff"

"We stayed at Spark in Erie, PA, for two nights. The staff was professional and helpful, especially Wendy. The hotel was basic as was the provided breakfast. There was enough breakfast to satisfy our needs and those of others. I would describe it as continental with some extras. The room was immaculate though somewhat spartan. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom (accessible) was huge with an amazing shower. I missed having a chair in the room as I needed to use my computer for work. I ended...

"Room was clean. Lobby area and breakfast area had a sticky floor during our stay, breakfast was served until 10am but both mornings we arrived around 9:30 and pickings were extremely thin. They like to close down an entire side of the area early creating food shortages and long lines, my kids wanted a waffle but the line was so long by the time we made it up there that there were none left. "The staff was very kind and helpful attorney questions that we had. The grab and go breakfast was anything but that. Each morning the breakfast was so good that it had us going back for more. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from. We would absolutely stay there again."
