Family Vacation begins at the beach on Big Spirit Lake! This 4-bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 15, just steps to your own private dock and sand beach this property offers a 5,000 lb boat hoist that fits a boat up to 28 Ft. Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, small appliances such as a blender, toaster, Keurig one cup coffee maker (K-cups not provided).
Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Breakfast Island offers 4 stools, dining table seats six and provides direct access to your private patio. Enjoy the sandy beach with low approach great for swimming, fishing or jumping off the dock. Put some burgers on the grill (gas), outdoor seating with table and four chairs, start a fire and watch the sunset over Big Spirit Lake. Buzz over to the Spillway Drive in for some of the best ice cream around. It really doesn’t get any better than this!
Living room offers ample seating with wireless internet for streaming. Main level offers a Master bedroom with a king size bed and crib, bathrooms offer hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished. Bedroom (2) Queen, upstairs you have Bedroom (3) Four Twin Beds, Bedroom (4) Trundle full size beds. The Sunroom offers extra sleeping with Full size pull out couch and a single pull out. Washer and dryer with detergent are available for your stay if needed.
Just a 5-minute drive into town you will find grocery stores and Convivence stores to stock up for your stay, restaurants, bars and local shopping. Don’t forget to head into Arnolds Park and spend the day at the Iconic Amusement Park, catch a free concert every Saturday night at the Green Space during the summer months just bring your chair. Cool down at the Nutty Bar Stand, follow the boardwalk up to the Emporium for shopping, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones and so much More!
**Please note this property is located in a family area with retired neighbors. Quite time is 10PM and there are no events allowed. Specifically, bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed, and this is strictly enforced**

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
