"Lovely 3 bed ground floor flat. 2 doubles and a single. Pet friendly although in the end we left our dog at home. Private garden space down some steps at the side of the house. Parking for 1 car on the drive at front of house. Located just behind the park with a very short walk to the seafront and shops. Perfect for those who want to park up and relax. Very quiet road. Buses are a convenient way to get around and run from Skegness to mablethorpe quite frequently."

"What a fabulous place - set in stunning countryside but only approx 4 miles from Skegness. The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was perfect for swimming and exercise as well as relaxation. The apartment was spacious, warm and had all we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the smallest of things like the welcome plaque just made it seem more personal & inviting. "The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit."
