"The description of this house is not accurate. It is a SHARED house, split into 4. You very much notice the other people staying. We did have 2 big issues, that did get a tiny bit of attention but did not get resolved. The first night we were there, it was 80 degrees in the house (in winter), and the thermostat was set at 60. "The room was very clean. Fife Lake is right outside your back door, and the room included an outdoor table, chairs, and a chair swing to take in the incredible view. We stayed there to go wine tasting in Traverse City. Fife Lake Lodge is a 35/40 minute drive from the city, but it costs less than most other options closer to TC."

"From the moment we first stepped on the property everyone was absolutely friendly. The owners stopped by and introduced themselves, and they're incredibly nice. The site was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We did not use the coach house, but the owners allowed a peek inside. If you're considering using it, it's very nice inside. "My husband and I plus our dog stayed here for our minimoon and we had the best time! It was perfect for us 3 and it had a great view of the water and it was such a short little walk to sit near the water on a deck. It was so peaceful and our dog loved the location too! Would highly recommend :)!"

"The property is just as advertised and quiet and relaxing! We fished a little and relaxed on the dock one evening. It seemed like we always had a nice breeze and we experienced no bugs! The setting on the lake is beautiful and the accommodations were great. We had one issue with a toaster and the owners replaced it in minutes! Wonderful tiny house to experience!"
