"Hotellet er dyrt til å være tre stjerners, men beliggenheten er fantastisk modt på havneplassen i Portfino. Gangavstand til alt. Veldig hjelpsomme foll mht utflukter og restauranter og med advarsler om de restaurantene nan vør unngå, spesielt de dom legger på 15 % skatt. Alt fungerer utmerket og man spiser frokost ite med utsikt mot havneområdet. Denne forstyrres noe av at alle leveranser inn til hoteller og restauranter finner sted tidlig om morgenen, før 10. "

"Wonderful hotel with incredible beach access, sun loungers on tiers jutting out over the water, sea views from the rooms, unbelievably delicious food at 2 dining areas overlooking the water, and a wonderful staff. My only thought is that the interior of the hotel itself could use a coat of paint—perhaps something lighter— and a little design refresh. But, truly, it’s really nothing when balanced against all of the positives that make this gem shine. Don’t hesitate—stay here!"

"Til 2 nætter er dette lille hyggelige hotel godt. Værelserne er meget små og trænger til nogle reparationer, men det er rent og charmerende. Ville gerne have vist at privat badeværelse betød at det ligger separat fra værelset ude på gangen, det blev dobbelt så dyrt at blive opgraderet til værelse med badeværelse, vores venner gav endnu mere og den eneste forskel fra vores værelse var et vindue mere men ingen udsigt. Den private parkering viste sig at koste 40 euro i døgnet, så opholdet endte med...

"The rooms are nicely appointed although I had some mild issues with the plumbing at first. I am not a fan of half showers, but that is common there, especially in older properties. The one caution in the bathroom is the height of the tub above the floor...it can be a bit dangerous as the floor appears to be a couple inches lower than the tub bottom...just a small warning in my particular room. Lobby is lovely. Breakfast is very pleasant and the staff works hard to make it so. The air...

"An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."

"I have stayed in the Regina Elena a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed. It is well located and very well managed. Everyone that works there is helpful and friendly. I hope to stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Margherita. "

"This hotel was adorable and in a great location. Bruno, the night shift concierge, was wonderful and so kind and helpful! The breakfast was delicious. The only bummer is they want to charge $35 Euros Per person to use the hottub? When we got out there it was cold and not able to be used. Other than that we loved the place! Thank you for a lovely visit! "

"This hotel was an incredible find!! The location was very easy to walk to from the train station **** if you are walking, MAKE SURE to take the narrow stairs up and over the railroad tracks *** Once you're there, you will be overwhelmed with the beauty and splendor of the rooms as well as the overlooking views of the harbor. The staff was extremely nice and helpful... I will definitely be back!!"

"This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool area right on the water. The views are stunning. Our biggest issue was with the beds. They are super hard/firm and incredibly uncomfortable. I would recommend testing the comfort of the bed before accepting a particular room. "
